【摘要】：加入WTO在一定程度上講 ,不亞于一場(chǎng)革命。總體而言有利于中國(guó)的長(zhǎng)治久安 ,但是在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)對(duì)社會(huì)治安形成的壓力不容忽視。公安機(jī)關(guān)要想贏得未來(lái)工作的主動(dòng)權(quán) ,就必須利用中國(guó)入世有限的過(guò)渡期 ,積極應(yīng)對(duì) ,主動(dòng)適應(yīng) ,最大限度地化解和減少因經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展及對(duì)外進(jìn)一步開(kāi)放引起的各種負(fù)面效應(yīng) ,為進(jìn)入全球化進(jìn)程的中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù) ,在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的安定穩(wěn)定與繁榮富強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:To a certain extent, China's entry into WTO is no less than a revolution. Generally speaking, it is beneficial to the long-term stability of China, but the pressure on the formation of social security in a certain period of time can not be ignored. In order to win the initiative of the future work, the public security organs must make use of the limited transition period of China's entry into WTO, actively deal with it, adapt actively, resolve and reduce all kinds of negative effects caused by the rapid economic development and further opening to the outside world, serve the economic development of China entering the process of globalization, and realize China's stability, prosperity and prosperity in the fierce international competition.
