【摘要】：隨著犯罪形勢的不斷變化,證據(jù)意識(shí)的加強(qiáng),現(xiàn)場勘驗(yàn)在刑事偵查中的地位也不斷提高。但是目前的刑事技術(shù)部門特別是基層公安機(jī)關(guān)存在著任務(wù)重、人員數(shù)量緊缺等問題,嚴(yán)重制約著現(xiàn)場勘驗(yàn)水平的提高�；鶎庸矙C(jī)關(guān)“偵勘合一”改革構(gòu)想的提出,為解決基層公安機(jī)關(guān)現(xiàn)場勘驗(yàn)工作中存在的問題,提高偵查人員綜合素質(zhì)及辦案質(zhì)量提供了途徑和理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous change of the criminal situation and the strengthening of the consciousness of evidence, the position of on-the-spot investigation in criminal investigation is also improving. However, the current criminal technical departments, especially the grass-roots public security organs, have some problems, such as heavy tasks, shortage of personnel and so on, which seriously restrict the improvement of the level of on-site inspection. The idea of "the unity of investigation and exploration" in grass-roots public security organs is put forward, which provides a way and theoretical basis for solving the problems existing in the field investigation and inspection of grass-roots public security organs and improving the comprehensive quality of investigators and the quality of handling cases.
