【摘要】：正2005年上半年,東周派出所在街道黨工委和分局黨委的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,堅持以“三個代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo),以全國“二十公”和全省“十九公”會議精神為指引,牢固樹立立警為公、執(zhí)法為民的理念,以分局提出的“六個規(guī)范、十二講”正規(guī)化建設(shè)為契機,堅決貫徹落實街道“一號工程”實施方案的工作要求,堅持嚴打不動,有效維護了轄區(qū)政治穩(wěn)定和社會安寧。工作中,該所積極探索,堅持嚴打高壓態(tài)勢,同時,加強基層基礎(chǔ)工作,大力推進社區(qū)警務(wù)建設(shè),加大圍合式小區(qū)的創(chuàng)建力度,有力地促進了防范工作。從2004年12月26日至2005年6月26日,該所共立刑事案件422宗,與2004年同期的660宗同比下降36%。破獲各類刑事案件126宗,其中破獲命案4宗,命案破案率達100%。抓獲違法犯罪嫌疑人375名,其中刑拘102人,治安拘留169人,強制戒毒35人,罰款61人,勞動教養(yǎng)4人,收容教育4人,打掉團伙12個。查扣嫌疑汽車61
[Abstract]:In the first half of 2005, under the correct leadership of the party working committees and sub-bureau party committees of the Dongzhou Police Station, they persisted in taking the important thought of "three represents" as the guidance, and guided by the spirit of the national "20 public" and the "19" meetings of the whole province. Firmly establish the concept of establishing the police for the public and law enforcement for the people, take the "six norms and 12 stresses" formalized construction put forward by the sub-bureau as an opportunity, resolutely implement the work requirements of the implementation plan of the "No. 1 Project" in the streets, and persist in not moving.
