【摘要】： 系列殺人案是一種給犯罪發(fā)生地區(qū)的居民造成極大恐懼的犯罪,如果犯罪人流動(dòng)性大,殺死的人較多的話,甚至?xí)鸬貐^(qū)乃至全國(guó)的恐慌�，F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的一系列的殺人案、滅門案不僅給人們的物質(zhì)生活造成了無價(jià)的損失,更給人們的精神生活造成嚴(yán)重的焦慮、震撼和不安。那些看起來也算正常的系列殺人犯在抓獲后通常都是以一種近乎荒誕的邏輯解釋他們的殺人動(dòng)機(jī)。在他們看來,這些不可思議的解釋是那么的天經(jīng)地義。而這些在普通人看來,除了“殺人屠夫”,“惡魔”,之類的字眼外似乎沒有什么可以來解釋為什么他們會(huì)這樣做。是什么造成了兩者之間理解的鴻溝?只有通過對(duì)系列殺人案件的深入分析我們才可能找到確切的答案。 作者結(jié)合相關(guān)案例從系列殺人案件的概念、系列殺人犯的行為特征和人格特征、系列殺人犯罪的成因、系列殺人犯犯罪的預(yù)防對(duì)策五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究后發(fā)現(xiàn)系列殺人犯在行為上存在極端性,有預(yù)謀性、固定性的特征,在人格上存在以下四個(gè)特征:(1)自我中心、反復(fù)無常、不穩(wěn)定性、逆反心理;(2)報(bào)復(fù)性強(qiáng)、同情心更為缺乏;(3)人格異常的發(fā)生率高、抗壓能力弱;(4)犯罪攻擊性強(qiáng)、犯罪自我的內(nèi)心控制力弱、性情狂暴。 其次發(fā)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)致系列殺人犯罪有四個(gè)方面的原因:(1)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型;(2)社會(huì)通俗文化主體傳播渲染與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的暴力犯罪互相影響;(3)人機(jī)沖突極端發(fā)展;(4)外來文明的影響,社會(huì)變革導(dǎo)致農(nóng)業(yè)、城市社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)的解體。最后通過研究提出兩個(gè)方面對(duì)策來消減系列殺人犯罪心理。第一是采取外部措施,該措施包括:(1)加強(qiáng)全社會(huì)道德、價(jià)值觀的建設(shè);(2)建立健全公平分配體系和社會(huì)保障制度,消除罪犯對(duì)社會(huì)的敵視心理;(3)加強(qiáng)集體與社會(huì)個(gè)體的溝通。第二是采取內(nèi)部措施,該措施包括:(1)削弱暴力文化、暴力游戲的負(fù)面影響;(2)加大社會(huì)對(duì)家庭教育的扶助力度;(3)通過有效的心理咨詢的途徑,避免人們的消極情緒,幫助人們調(diào)整心態(tài),有效恢復(fù)心理平衡,避免消極情緒的激化;(4)加強(qiáng)社會(huì)NGO的發(fā)展。作者著重介紹了NGO的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及NGO在香港發(fā)展的模式、發(fā)揮的作用以及我國(guó)迫切需要發(fā)展NGO的必要性。作者運(yùn)用歸納的方法總結(jié)出了系列殺人犯罪案件以及系列殺人犯的特征,得出了采取內(nèi)、外部措施來預(yù)防此類犯罪的結(jié)果,其中加強(qiáng)社會(huì)對(duì)家庭教育的扶助以及加強(qiáng)集體與社會(huì)個(gè)體的溝通是作者經(jīng)過研究后提出的新觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:A series of homicides is a crime that causes great fear to the residents of the crime area. If the perpetrators are mobile and kill more people, they will even cause panic in the region and even the whole country. A series of homicides in real life have not only caused priceless losses to people's material life, but also caused serious anxiety, shock and uneasiness to people's spiritual life. A series of murderers who seem to be normal usually explain their motive in an almost absurd logic after they are captured. In their view, these incredible explanations are so natural. In the eyes of ordinary people, there seems to be nothing but the words "killer butcher" and "demon" to explain why they do so. What creates a gap in understanding between the two? Only through the in-depth analysis of a series of killings can we find the exact answer. The author combines the relevant cases from the concept of a series of homicide cases, the behavior and personality characteristics of a series of murderers, and the causes of a series of homicide crimes. After studying the preventive countermeasures of serial murderers in five aspects, it is found that there are extreme, premeditated and fixed characteristics in the behavior of serial murderers, and the following four characteristics exist in personality: (1) egocentrism, capricious, Instability, rebellious psychology; (2) strong revenge and lack of compassion; (3) the incidence of personality abnormalities is high and the ability to resist pressure is weak; (4) the criminal aggression is strong, the inner control of the criminal self is weak, and the temperament is violent. Secondly, it is found that there are four reasons for a series of homicide crimes: (1) social transformation; (2) the interaction between the dissemination and rendering of social popular cultural subjects and violent crimes in real life; (3) the extreme development of human-computer conflict; (4) the influence of foreign civilization and social change lead to the disintegration of agriculture and urban community structure. Finally, through the study, two countermeasures are put forward to reduce the criminal psychology of serial homicide. The first is to take external measures, which include: (1) strengthening the construction of morality and values in the whole society, (2) establishing and perfecting the fair distribution system and social security system, and eliminating the hostility of criminals to society; (3) to strengthen the communication between the collective and the individual in society. The second is to take internal measures, which include: (1) weakening the culture of violence and the negative impact of violent games; (2) strengthening social support for family education; (3) through effective psychological counseling, to avoid people's negative emotions, to help people adjust their mentality, effectively restore psychological balance, to avoid the intensification of negative emotions, (4) to strengthen the development of social NGO. The author mainly introduces the advantages of NGO, the mode of development of NGO in Hong Kong, the role it plays and the necessity of developing NGO in China. The author sums up a series of homicide crimes and the characteristics of a series of murderers by means of induction, and obtains the results of taking internal and external measures to prevent such crimes. Among them, strengthening the support of society to family education and strengthening the communication between collective and social individuals are the new viewpoints put forward by the author after research.
