【摘要】：目的探討家兔死后不同時(shí)間角膜厚度變化及其與死亡時(shí)間的關(guān)系。方法將25只家兔采用空氣栓塞的方法處死后,用角膜超聲測(cè)厚儀分別于死后即刻、2h、4h、8h、12h和24h測(cè)量角膜的厚度,所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果即刻死亡家兔角膜厚度平均值為(357.10±6.41)μm,死亡24h角膜厚度平均增加(187.52±11.38)μm;4h內(nèi),眼瞼開(kāi)啟與閉合對(duì)角膜厚度的增加無(wú)明顯影響(F=3.5290,P0.05),8h后隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),眼瞼閉合角膜厚度為(429.24±8.80)μm,明顯超過(guò)眼瞼開(kāi)啟角膜平均厚度(421.40±9.53)μm,其差異有顯著性意義(F=14.4480,P0.05)。眼瞼閉合的角膜厚度與死亡時(shí)間關(guān)系為y=8.2418x+357.33(相關(guān)系數(shù)r1=0.8732);眼瞼開(kāi)啟的角膜厚度與死亡時(shí)間關(guān)系為y=7.3737x+357.23(r2=0.8578)。結(jié)論在一定條件下,家兔死后24h內(nèi)角膜厚度與死亡時(shí)間呈線性相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of corneal thickness at different time after death in rabbits and its relationship with the time of death. Methods Twenty-five rabbits were killed by air embolism. The corneal thickness was measured immediately, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h after death, and the data were statistically processed. Results the average corneal thickness of rabbits died immediately was (357.10 鹵6.41) 渭 m, and the corneal thickness of 24 hours after death increased by (187.52 鹵11.38) 渭 m.
