【摘要】： 隨著社會的不斷進步,女性越來越多的參與到社會生活中去,女性犯罪也隨之呈現(xiàn)出不斷上升和蔓延的趨勢。女性犯罪數(shù)量激增,犯罪增長率上升幅度大,且與過去相比,女性犯罪在年齡結構、文化層次、職業(yè)型、類犯罪種類、犯罪手段、犯罪形式等方面表現(xiàn)出一系列新的特點。導致女性犯罪的原因很多,主要包括:女性自身生理和心理上的消極因素無法節(jié);調宏觀和微觀的社會政策缺失導致女性外部環(huán)境保護力度減弱;制度上的不足三方面因素。由于女性犯罪帶有很大的危害性,因此預防女性犯罪勢在必行,構建一套科學的女性犯罪預防對策對維護社會穩(wěn)定、保持經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長有著重要意義。由于國外對女性犯罪研究起步較早,取得的成果豐碩,因而有必要借鑒國外在對女性犯罪預防方面所采取的措施和經(jīng)驗做法,取其精華致力于我國的女性犯罪預防。對我國女性犯罪預防對策的構建是本文的落腳點和歸宿,在具體設計上,主要積極致力于搞好自我預防、家庭預防、學校預防、社會預防、法律預防五種預防,五道防線相結合,構成我國預防女性犯罪的體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of society, more and more women participate in social life, and the crime of women also shows the trend of increasing and spreading. Compared with the past, there are a series of new characteristics of female crime in age structure, cultural level, occupation type, type of crime, means of crime, crime form and so on. There are many reasons leading to female crime, including: women's own physiological and psychological negative factors lawlessness; adjustment of macro-and micro-lack of social policies lead to the weakening of women's external environmental protection; institutional deficiencies of three factors. Because of the great harm of female crime, it is imperative to prevent female crime. It is of great significance to construct a set of scientific countermeasures for the prevention of female crime to maintain the social stability and maintain the sustained and stable growth of the economy. It is necessary to draw lessons from the measures and experience of foreign countries in the field of female crime prevention so as to take its essence and devote itself to the prevention of female crime in China due to the early start of the research on female crime in foreign countries and the fruitful results obtained. The construction of our country female crime prevention countermeasure is the end of this article, in the concrete design, the main active commitment is to do well in self-prevention, family prevention, school prevention, social prevention, legal prevention five kinds of prevention, in the concrete design, mainly committed to self-prevention, family prevention, school prevention, social prevention, legal prevention, The combination of the five lines of defense constitutes the system of preventing female crime in our country.
