腐敗血液中乙醇的頂空氣相色譜分析

【摘要】:目的分析血液腐敗后產(chǎn)生的乙醇及其他物質(zhì)并探討腐敗血液中乙醇的檢測(cè)及計(jì)算方法。方法以正常人空白血液制作腐敗血樣,采用1,4-二氧六環(huán)為內(nèi)標(biāo)物,通過頂空氣相色譜進(jìn)行定性及定量分析。結(jié)果血中乙醇在0.0625~1mg/mL范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r2=0.9996),各質(zhì)量濃度組的變異系數(shù)(CV%)2%,血中乙醇的最低檢出限為1μg/mL(S/N≥3)。腐敗血樣所產(chǎn)生乙醇與正丙醇的比例大致為25:1。結(jié)論檢驗(yàn)方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確。為法醫(yī)毒化檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)工作提供了依據(jù)。

Methods A corrupt blood sample was made from blank blood of normal people. 1,4-dioxane was used as internal standard and qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by headspace gas chromatography.
