【摘要】：筆者認(rèn)為,當(dāng)前民警培訓(xùn)教學(xué)改革中應(yīng)著重解決好以下四個(gè)問(wèn)題:一是以服務(wù)警務(wù)實(shí)戰(zhàn)為目的的教學(xué)內(nèi)容專題式改革亟待解決;二是以教研一體、專兼職結(jié)合為模式的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)亟待解決;三是以案例分析法為主導(dǎo)的課堂教學(xué)方法改革亟待解決;四是以目標(biāo)量化管理為理念的管理體制改革亟待解決
[Abstract]:The author thinks that the following four problems should be solved in the teaching reform of police training: first, the special reform of teaching content for the purpose of serving the actual combat of police needs to be solved urgently; Secondly, the construction of teaching staff with the integration of teaching and research and the combination of full-time and part-time work should be solved urgently; third, the reform of classroom teaching method led by case analysis should be solved urgently; and the reform of management system with the idea of objective quantitative management as the idea should be solved urgently.
