男女性別比失衡與違法犯罪問題研究

【摘要】： 1981年我國男女性別比是108,2000年為117,2005年已經(jīng)接近120,已經(jīng)遠遠超過國際公認的最高警戒線107。到2020年,適齡婚配階段的男性人口要比女性多出將近3000萬。男女性別比失衡導致的大量未婚成年男性的存在,會形成一個龐大的潛在性需求市場,使屢禁不止的性交易等違法犯罪現(xiàn)象將更加泛濫。男女性別比失衡與相關(guān)的違法犯罪問題不但與老百姓的利益息息相關(guān),而且也關(guān)系到國家的安定乃至和諧社會的構(gòu)建,如果得不到應(yīng)有的重視,必將引發(fā)一系列的社會問題。本文在廣泛搜集資料和對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行深入分析處理的基礎(chǔ)上,對男女性別比失衡與違法犯罪問題及防治對策進行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。 論文的主要成果如下: 1、論述了我國和世界人口的發(fā)展狀況以及男女性別比現(xiàn)狀,預(yù)測了我國和世界人口的發(fā)展趨勢,分析了造成男女性別比失衡的主要原因,即重男輕女思想、國家政策缺陷和大的社會動蕩。 2、分析了男女性別比失衡引發(fā)的社會問題。認為可能引起較多的社會問題,比如教育、就業(yè)、婚姻等,其中最為突出的是婚姻擠壓、男性弱勢人群以及龐大的性需求市場。 3、分析了男女性別比失衡引起的違法犯罪問題。明確了男女性別比失衡相關(guān)的違法犯罪主體,分析了相關(guān)違法犯罪的社會背景,從婚姻家庭領(lǐng)域的違法犯罪、與性有關(guān)的違法犯罪和其他違法犯罪等方面論述了男女性別比失衡相關(guān)的違法犯罪行為。 4、進行了男女性別比失衡相關(guān)違法犯罪原因的社會心理學分析。從個體人格到社會環(huán)境的發(fā)展變化,對男女性別比失衡相關(guān)的違法犯罪問題進行了深入分析和論證,認為違法犯罪是由于人格變化、挫折情景、社會習得和社會反常等因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。 5、得出了解決男女性別比失衡以及相關(guān)違法犯罪的防治對策。構(gòu)建了個人、家庭、社會“三級”男女性別比失衡矯正機制,得出了男女性別比失衡相關(guān)違法犯罪問題的社會預(yù)防、治安預(yù)防和刑事預(yù)防的防治對策。
[Abstract]:The gender ratio of China in 1981 was 108, in 2000 it was 117, and in 2005 it was close to 120, which far exceeded the internationally recognized highest warning line 107. By 2020, there will be nearly 30 million more men than women at the age of marriage. The existence of a large number of unmarried adult men due to the imbalance of sex ratio between men and women will form a huge potential market for sexual demand, which will make illegal and criminal phenomena such as sex trade more rampant. The imbalance of gender ratio between men and women is not only closely related to the interests of the common people, but also to the stability of the country and the construction of a harmonious society. If it is not given due attention, it will lead to a series of social problems. On the basis of extensive collection of data and in-depth analysis of relevant data, this paper makes a systematic study on the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women, the problem of illegal crime and the countermeasures of prevention and treatment. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: 1. The development of population in China and the world as well as the current situation of gender ratio between men and women are discussed, and the development trend of population in China and the world is predicted. This paper analyzes the main causes of the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women, that is, patriarchal thinking, defects in national policy and great social unrest. Secondly, the paper analyzes the social problems caused by the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women. Many social problems, such as education, employment, marriage and so on, are thought to be caused. The most prominent ones are the squeeze of marriage, the disadvantaged groups of men and the huge market for sexual demand. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the illegal and criminal problems caused by the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women. This paper clarifies the subjects of illegal crimes related to the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women, analyzes the social background of the related illegal crimes, and analyzes the illegal crimes in the field of marriage and family. Sex-related offences and other illegal crimes are discussed in this paper, which are related to the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women. 4. A social psychological analysis of the causes of illegal crimes related to the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women was carried out. From the development of individual personality to social environment, this paper deeply analyzes and demonstrates the problems of illegal crime related to the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women, and thinks that illegal crime is due to the change of personality and frustration scenario. The combined effects of social acquisition and social anomalies. 5. The countermeasures to solve the imbalance of gender ratio and the related illegal crimes were obtained. The mechanism of correcting the imbalance of gender ratio between men and women at the "three levels" of individual, family and society is constructed, and the social prevention, the prevention of public security and the prevention of criminal prevention related to the imbalance of sex ratio between men and women are obtained.
