【摘要】：自1949年以來(lái),研究宋代《洗冤集錄》的論文和專著就出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的錯(cuò)誤,即把清代《律例館校正洗冤錄》當(dāng)成宋代的《洗冤集錄》,出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的論文有數(shù)十篇,專著有十余種。產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤的原因是沒有考證版本源流,學(xué)術(shù)界應(yīng)該從中吸取教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Since 1949, there have been serious mistakes in papers and monographs of the Song Dynasty, that is, regarding the Qing Dynasty as the Song Dynasty. There are dozens of wrong papers and more than ten kinds of monographs. The reason for the error is that there are no textual versions, and academics should learn from them.
