【摘要】：社區(qū)矯正是歷史的產(chǎn)物，也是人類文明進步的重要產(chǎn)物，，是法律全球化的必然趨勢。對社區(qū)矯正進行科學(xué)的價值評判，多視角發(fā)掘社區(qū)矯正的模式?jīng)_突與選擇路徑，是當(dāng)前中國社區(qū)矯正理論研究的重要任務(wù)。面對“中外差別”、“地區(qū)差別”和“城鄉(xiāng)差別”，我們必須冷靜對待社區(qū)矯正這一新事物。我們還需對中國社區(qū)矯正現(xiàn)狀進行客觀審視，進行理性思考，以使中國的社區(qū)矯正制度得到完善和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Community correction is the product of history, the important product of human civilization and the inevitable trend of legal globalization. It is an important task for the theoretical research of community correction in China to evaluate the value of community correction scientifically and explore the mode conflict and choice path of community correction from multiple perspectives. In the face of the differences between China and foreign countries, regional differences and urban and rural differences, we must treat the new thing of community correction calmly. We also need to examine the current situation of Chinese community correction objectively and think rationally so as to perfect and develop the system of community correction in China.
