【摘要】：目的 探尋在刑事作案中早期精神分裂癥患者的特點及影響責任能力評定的相關因素。方法 回顧性調(diào)查本中心司法鑒定室1991年至2000年間所作的本中心司法鑒定刑事案例資料,將早期精神分裂癥患者與非早期精神分裂癥患者和正常者進行分組比較,對家族史、案型、案前精神狀況、作案誘因、作案動機、隱蔽性、作案對象、自我保護、鑒定診斷、癥狀特點、責任能力評定等相關因素用SPSS軟件作統(tǒng)計分析。結果 早期精神分裂癥患者組在精神病家族史、文化程度、職業(yè)等方面與其他組相比有顯著差異;自我保護、思維障礙、行為障礙等變量對三組被鑒定人具有差別效應。結論 為提高在司法精神醫(yī)學鑒定實踐中對早期精神分裂癥鑒定的準確性,應重視精神病家族史、作案動機、自我保護、思維障礙、行為障礙諸因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics of early schizophrenic patients in criminal crime and the related factors influencing the assessment of liability ability. Methods A retrospective study was made on the criminal cases of forensic identification in the Center from 1991 to 2000. The patients with early schizophrenia were compared with those with non-early schizophrenia and normal subjects, and the family history was compared. Case type, mental state before case, inducement, motive, concealment, object of crime, self-protection, diagnosis, symptom characteristic, ability of responsibility and so on were analyzed by SPSS software. Results there were significant differences in family history, education and occupation between the early schizophrenic group and the other groups, and the variables such as self-protection, mental disorder and behavioral disorder had different effects on the identified persons in the three groups. Conclusion in order to improve the accuracy of early schizophrenia identification in forensic psychiatry practice, we should pay attention to the family history of mental illness, motive of crime, self-protection, thinking obstacle, behavioral obstacle and other factors.
