【摘要】：2002年11月25日晚,負(fù)案潛逃四年半的原遼寧省阜新市公安局局長(zhǎng)毛景祥同其老婆、外甥女一起到阜新市委投案。至此,由公安部向全國(guó)發(fā)出通緝令、遼寧省公安廳公開(kāi)懸賞30萬(wàn)元的毛景祥在逃一案宣告破獲。毛景祥在位期間,采取偽造檔案等不正當(dāng)手段大肆在公安系統(tǒng)安插子女、親屬和熟人。在短短一兩年中,未經(jīng)組織考試或考核,經(jīng)他調(diào)入達(dá)128人,其中包括其長(zhǎng)子、女兒,就連年僅13歲的孫女也被他安排進(jìn)警校成為預(yù)備警察。他的女兒憑借假文憑、假轉(zhuǎn)干、假提干、假警察、假警銜、假黨員身份,堂而皇之地調(diào)入大連市公安局任主任科員,被原中紀(jì)委副書(shū)記劉麗英怒斥為“六假”警察,為全國(guó)造假之最。據(jù)調(diào)查,毛景祥還涉嫌貪污、受賄和巨額財(cái)產(chǎn)來(lái)
