【摘要】:中華武術(shù)在自身的發(fā)展過程中,通過對(duì)中華傳統(tǒng)文化的吸收和揚(yáng)棄,逐步形成了以“技擊”為核心、融合中國傳統(tǒng)思維方式和價(jià)值觀念的一種東方獨(dú)有的文化體系,成為中華文明的一種象征。 在當(dāng)今,武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展形成了競技、健身、表演等諸多技術(shù)形式,在國際上形成了一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。在當(dāng)今世界全球化的進(jìn)程中,文化影響世界諸多領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的事實(shí)是有目共睹的。在武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)日益走向世界的過程中,武術(shù)文化的重要性也初露端倪,武術(shù)中的文化成分在中華武術(shù)發(fā)展乃至社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中的重要性也是不言而喻的。作為中華武術(shù)文化的重要部分,武德文化是充分吸收中國傳統(tǒng)文化精髓而形成的武術(shù)的核心內(nèi)涵,是中華武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)術(shù)千百年來持續(xù)發(fā)展的支撐。可以說,如果沒有武德文化在武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展過程中的形成和約束,武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)就僅僅只能作為一種技術(shù)而存在,正是這種武德的約束,武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)才被賦予了一定的高度,成為中華民族近代之前體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的主體。武德文化在當(dāng)今社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的過程中,不僅對(duì)于習(xí)武群體具有重要的意義,在我國不同的領(lǐng)域內(nèi)也能發(fā)揮著重要作用。其主要原因在于:武德文化是中國武術(shù)對(duì)古老傳統(tǒng)文化中積極因素的吸收和融合,對(duì)人們來說具有普遍的教育性;習(xí)武的群體分布在不同的建設(shè)領(lǐng)域,在不同領(lǐng)域內(nèi)武術(shù)練習(xí)者進(jìn)行武術(shù)武德的教育,諸多領(lǐng)域內(nèi)都能產(chǎn)生較大的影響;武德文化,實(shí)質(zhì)上并不僅僅對(duì)習(xí)武者修身立志來說是一條捷徑,對(duì)沒有從事武術(shù)活動(dòng)的人來說也是一種精神上的陶冶。 武術(shù)的技擊功能一直在我國公安隊(duì)伍中充分繼承和發(fā)展,是我國公安干警打擊犯罪、保護(hù)人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的一種技能。然而,在社會(huì)發(fā)展的過程中,公安警察的職業(yè)道德建設(shè)也越來越引起社會(huì)的關(guān)注,其緊迫性同樣為國家和社會(huì)所重視。胡錦濤指出:“在公安工作中,隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是根本,也是保證。”因此,作為國家機(jī)器的特殊組成部分,如果沒有優(yōu)良的作風(fēng),治安隊(duì)伍就會(huì)從維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、保護(hù)人民生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的“金盾”墮落為危害社會(huì)的黑手?v觀對(duì)社會(huì)治安力量自身建設(shè)的歷史,都是對(duì)個(gè)別執(zhí)法犯法的犯罪分子進(jìn)行法制教育和法律制裁,這種單一依法治警的形式所產(chǎn)生的效果不盡人意。 作者通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn):警察是保持和發(fā)揚(yáng)武術(shù)技擊實(shí)質(zhì)的特殊職業(yè),同樣也是
