【摘要】： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)政治文化等人類活動(dòng)的全球化趨勢(shì)日益加強(qiáng)，跨國(guó)有組織犯罪活動(dòng)層出不窮。這些犯罪組織利用其業(yè)已積累的雄厚資金和豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不斷地向社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域滲透，，并據(jù)此威脅著國(guó)際社會(huì)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)生活等方面。嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂了整個(gè)國(guó)際社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定，給世界各國(guó)增加了諸多不安全的因素。如何有效地預(yù)防和打擊跨國(guó)有組織犯罪，成了當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，也成為各國(guó)政府和各相關(guān)國(guó)際組織的重要課題。 本文正是基于這種現(xiàn)實(shí)需要，從跨國(guó)有組織犯罪的一般理論入手，深入研究了跨國(guó)有組織犯罪的典型類型，客觀分析了跨國(guó)有組織犯罪的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，并結(jié)合國(guó)際社會(huì)對(duì)跨國(guó)有組織犯罪的立法和實(shí)踐，針對(duì)如何打擊跨國(guó)有組織犯罪提出自己一些不成熟的對(duì)策建議。希望本文的論述能對(duì)有效地預(yù)防和打擊跨國(guó)有組織犯罪有所貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the globalization trend of economic, political and cultural activities, transnational organized crime emerges endlessly. These criminal organizations make use of their abundant funds and rich experience to infiltrate into various fields of social life and threaten the political, economic, cultural and social life of the international community. It has seriously disturbed the stability of the whole international community and added many unsafe factors to the countries of the world. How to effectively prevent and combat transnational organized crime has become a hot issue concerned by all countries in the world, and it has also become an important topic for governments and relevant international organizations. Based on this kind of realistic need, this paper starts with the general theory of transnational organized crime, deeply studies the typical types of transnational organized crime, and analyzes objectively the characteristics and development trend of transnational organized crime. Combined with the legislation and practice of transnational organized crime in the international community, this paper puts forward some immature countermeasures and suggestions on how to combat transnational organized crime. It is hoped that this paper will contribute to the effective prevention and combating of transnational organized crime.
