社區(qū)矯正中的法律問題芻議

【摘要】：社區(qū)矯正試點(diǎn)工作由于沒有相應(yīng)的法律支持,在實踐中遇到了一些難以解決的問題。應(yīng)當(dāng)抓緊制定規(guī)范社區(qū)矯正工作的特別法,明確社區(qū)矯正的性質(zhì)、執(zhí)行主體、具體措施等。
[Abstract]:Because of the lack of corresponding legal support, the pilot work of community correction has encountered some difficult problems in practice. We should make a special law to standardize the work of community correction, clarify the nature of community correction, the subject of execution, and specific measures.
