【摘要】：道路交通管理是政府實(shí)施公共管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,隨著道路狀況的不斷改善和機(jī)動車保有量的逐年增加,道路交通管理工作日益顯示出重要作用。 本文從三個(gè)方面對長白山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)道路交通管理進(jìn)行了分析和研究。一是介紹山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)道路交通管理現(xiàn)狀。二是談山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)道路交通管理存在問題的成因。三是探求改變山區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)道路交通現(xiàn)狀的措施及對策。只要以科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)道路交通安全管理,堅(jiān)持經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和道路交通建設(shè)和管理同步,就完全可以扭轉(zhuǎn)山區(qū)道路交通管理的被動局面,為全面建設(shè)小康社會創(chuàng)造更加安全、有序、暢通的道路交通環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Road traffic management is an important part of the government's implementation of public management. With the continuous improvement of road conditions and the increasing number of motor vehicles, road traffic management is playing an increasingly important role. This paper analyzes and studies the road traffic management in Changbai Mountain area from three aspects. The first is to introduce the current situation of road traffic management in mountainous cities and towns. The second is to discuss the causes of the existing problems in the road traffic management in mountainous cities and towns. The third is to explore the measures and countermeasures to change the current situation of road traffic in mountain towns. As long as the scientific concept of development guides the road traffic safety management and insists on the synchronization of economic development and road traffic construction and management, it can completely reverse the passive situation of road traffic management in mountainous areas and create more safety for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Orderly, smooth road traffic environment.
