思想政治教育在應對群體性事件中的作用研究

【摘要】：群體性事件是指有一定人數(shù)參加的并且沒有法定依據的行為，對社會秩序產生一定影響的事件。群體性事件往往會對社會秩序、公共安全、公民人身安全和公私財產安全造成嚴重的危害，但是通過對群體性事件發(fā)生原因的分析，群體性事件仍然屬于人民內部矛盾，，沖突的表現(xiàn)形式是非對抗性的，所以在應對群體性事件的過程中，應該采取解決人民內部矛盾的方法予以解決，即應該采取平和的說服教育的方法來解決這一人民內部矛盾。 2011年9月29日中共中央總書記胡錦濤同志在中共中央政治局第二十三次集體學習時強調，面對復雜多變的國際形勢，面對艱巨繁重的改革發(fā)展任務，我們要深刻認識到正確處理人民內部矛盾的重要性和緊迫性，著眼于最大限度激發(fā)社會創(chuàng)造活力、最大限度增加和諧因素、最大限度減少不和諧因素，更加積極主動地處理好人民內部矛盾，為推動科學發(fā)展、促進社會和諧，為實現(xiàn)全面建設小康社會奮斗目標、加快推進社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設創(chuàng)造良好的社會環(huán)境。 通過結合群體性事件發(fā)展、演變階段和思想政治教育特點的分析，作者認為思想政治教育在應對群體性事件的過程中能夠發(fā)揮重要的作用，并且思想政治教育作用的發(fā)揮貫穿于群體性事件發(fā)展、演變的全過程。思想政治教育作為中國共產黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和重要的政治優(yōu)勢，應該在建設社會主義和諧社會，解決人民內部矛盾過程中發(fā)揮重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Group events are events that have a certain number of participants and have no legal basis to have a certain impact on the social order. Mass incidents often cause serious harm to social order, public safety, personal safety of citizens and the safety of public and private property. However, through the analysis of the causes of group incidents, group incidents still belong to contradictions among the people. The manifestation of conflict is non-confrontational, so in the process of dealing with mass incidents, we should adopt the method of resolving the contradictions among the people, that is, we should adopt the peaceful method of persuasion and education to solve this contradiction among the people. On 29 September 2011, Comrade Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, stressed at the twenty-third collective study of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee that in the face of the complex and changeable international situation and the arduous task of reform and development, We must profoundly recognize the importance and urgency of correctly handling contradictions among the people, with a view to maximizing the creative vitality of society, maximizing harmony factors and minimizing disharmony factors, In order to promote scientific development, promote social harmony, realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and speed up the socialist modernization drive, we will create a good social environment. Through the analysis of the development, evolution stage and the characteristics of ideological and political education, the author thinks that ideological and political education can play an important role in the process of dealing with group events. And the function of ideological and political education runs through the whole process of the development and evolution of mass events. As the fine tradition and important political advantage of the Communist Party of China, ideological and political education should play an important role in the process of building a harmonious socialist society and resolving contradictions among the people.
