【摘要】：目的 分析工傷鑒定案例精神傷殘?jiān)u定及其相關(guān)因素。方法 對(duì)136例工傷鑒定案例的損傷因素、傷殘類型、傷殘等級(jí)、精神醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定診斷等問題進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并對(duì)工傷精神傷殘中的偽裝進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 有精神傷殘94例,占69.0％,其中,智力傷殘合并精神障礙傷殘17例(12.5％),單一智力傷殘者64例(47.1％),單一精神障礙傷殘2例(1.5％),性功能傷殘10例(7.4％)。未達(dá)到傷殘程度者42例,占31.0％,包括17例腦挫裂傷后綜合征及6例與創(chuàng)傷因素有直接或間接關(guān)系的功能性精神障礙。在既有臨床評(píng)估又有測(cè)驗(yàn)評(píng)估的71例案例中,臨床判斷偽裝智力低下25例(35.2％),測(cè)驗(yàn)判斷有偽裝智力低下58例(81.7％),臨床評(píng)估與測(cè)驗(yàn)評(píng)估之間存在顯著差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論 (1)現(xiàn)有的工傷傷殘標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有待于完善;(2)工傷傷殘鑒定中偽裝智力低下的比例較高,值得重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the mental disability assessment and its related factors in industrial injury appraisal cases. Methods the factors of injury, type of injury, grade of disability, diagnosis of psychiatric identification and so on in 136 cases of industrial injury identification were summarized and analyzed, and the camouflage in mental disability of industrial injury was compared and analyzed. Results there were 94 cases of mental disability (69.0%), including 17 cases (12.5%) of mental disability, 64 cases (47.1%) of single mental disability, 2 cases (1.5%) of single mental disability. There were 10 cases (7.4%) with sexual disability. 42 cases (31.0%) were not disabled, including 17 cases of cerebral contusion and laceration syndrome and 6 cases of functional mental disorder with direct or indirect relationship with traumatic factors. In 71 cases with both clinical evaluation and test evaluation, there were 25 cases (35.2%) of hypointelligence in clinical judgment and 58 cases (81.7%) of hypocrisy in clinical judgment. There was significant difference between clinical evaluation and test evaluation (P0.01). Conclusion (1) the existing standard of industrial injury disability needs to be improved; (2) the proportion of hypointelligence in the appraisal of industrial injury disability is high, which is worthy of attention.
