【摘要】：科研工作量是科研工作者通過創(chuàng)造性勞動(dòng)所獲得的勞動(dòng)成果的一種量和質(zhì)的具體體現(xiàn)。教師的科研工作量應(yīng)計(jì)入工作總量之中 ,作為考核工作、發(fā)放補(bǔ)貼、評(píng)優(yōu)晉職的依據(jù)。制定科研工作量核算辦法時(shí) ,首先應(yīng)確定學(xué)校專職科研人員每學(xué)年度工作量標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,然后根據(jù)社科類、理工類、基金項(xiàng)目和技術(shù)咨詢等不同類別確定基本科研工作量核算辦法 ,最后再根據(jù)科研成果的級(jí)別、參加人所承擔(dān)責(zé)任的大小及付出勞動(dòng)的多少確定各種不同情況下的加權(quán)系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The scientific research workload is a kind of quantitative and qualitative embodiment of the scientific research workers' achievements through creative labor. Teachers' scientific research workload should be counted into the total amount of work, as the basis of assessment, subsidy and promotion. When formulating measures for the accounting of scientific research workload, it is first necessary to determine the workload standards of full-time scientific research personnel in schools each school year, and then according to the social sciences and science and technology categories, Different categories such as fund projects and technical advice determine the basic scientific research workload accounting methods. Finally, according to the level of scientific research results, the size of the responsibility of the participants and the amount of labor paid to determine the weighting coefficient under various circumstances.
