論警察職業(yè)壓力與疏導(dǎo)

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,警察職業(yè)壓力呈現(xiàn)的負(fù)面效應(yīng)有:職業(yè)重負(fù)降低警察健康水平,增加警察"過勞"風(fēng)險;過度壓力增加警察自殺人數(shù),加大離職換崗比例;持續(xù)高壓誘發(fā)警察職業(yè)倦怠,影響警察執(zhí)法水平;職業(yè)壓力引發(fā)警察違法亂紀(jì),導(dǎo)致警察隊(duì)伍渙散。警察職業(yè)壓力的結(jié)構(gòu)主要由職業(yè)任務(wù)壓力、職業(yè)角色轉(zhuǎn)換壓力、職業(yè)關(guān)系壓力、內(nèi)部管理壓力四部分組成。要多管齊下,對癥下藥,著實(shí)體現(xiàn)以人為本的原則,真正落實(shí)從優(yōu)待警的方針,使警察群體早日走出亞健康狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:At present, the negative effects of police occupational stress are as follows: the professional burden reduces the police health level and increases the risk of police "overwork", excessive pressure increases the number of police suicides and increases the proportion of turnover; Continuous high pressure induces the police job burnout, which affects the law enforcement level of the police, and the professional pressure causes the police to break the law and discipline, resulting in the police team being disorganized. The structure of police professional pressure mainly consists of four parts: professional task pressure, professional role transition pressure, professional relationship pressure and internal management pressure. In order to make the police group get out of the sub-health state as soon as possible, we should adopt multi-pronged approach, give the remedy to the case, embody the principle of people-oriented, truly implement the policy of preferential treatment to the police.
