【摘要】：由于工作的特殊性質(zhì) ,警察手中握有很大的權(quán)力 ,且這些權(quán)力直接與公民的人身權(quán)利和人格權(quán)利相聯(lián)系。這就決定了警察在我國(guó)的人權(quán)保障事業(yè)中承擔(dān)著重要的職責(zé)。通過制定警察職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,對(duì)警察的行為進(jìn)行規(guī)范和約束 ,是提高警察保障人權(quán)的意識(shí) ,使其更好地在執(zhí)法中尊重和保護(hù)人權(quán)的有效手段。為此 ,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)警察職業(yè)道德建設(shè) ,使警察在我國(guó)的人權(quán)保障事業(yè)中發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the special nature of the work, the police have great powers in their hands, and these powers are directly related to the personal rights and personality rights of citizens. This determines the police in our country's human rights protection undertaking an important responsibility. It is an effective means for police to protect and protect human rights in law enforcement by formulating the standard of police professional ethics and standardizing and restricting their behavior. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of police professional ethics and make the police play a greater role in our country's human rights protection.
