大鼠肌肉鈍挫傷vWF及VEGF表達的實驗研究
[Abstract]:Background and objective: in forensic practice, the estimation of injury time has always been based on the pathophysiological basis of wound repair response. That is, the (vital reaction) characteristics of life response in the repair process of wounds over different periods of time-inflammatory reactions, granulation tissue and epithelial hyperplasia, and various forms of scar repair. Histochemical and biochemical changes were used as the basis for estimating the time and nature of injury. The direct consequence of the injury is the initiation of coagulation process and the subsequent hyperemia and edema, inflammatory cell infiltration, tissue repair and regeneration, etc. Von Willebrand Factor (vWF) plays an important role in platelet adhesion and aggregation in injured vascular endothelium. Vascular endothelial growth factor (Vascular endothelial growth facto, VEGF) is the strongest and most specific angiogenesis regulator, which regulates the permeability and chemotaxis of vascular endothelial cells in the early stage of injury. The extracellular matrix is altered during the repair phase to make it easier for blood vessels to grow. In the process of wound repair, the complex dynamic process of interaction of cell-growth factor-extracellular matrix (EcM, extracellular matrix), Growth factor is involved in the whole process of wound healing and plays an important role in it. Endogenous growth factor plays an important role in the process of wound repair, so it is possible to detect the changes of coagulation factor and growth factor in the body after trauma, so it is possible to infer the injury time more accurately. Methods: 65 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats (S-D rats) were randomly divided into antemortem injury group, postmortem injury group and normal control group with 5 rats in each group. There were ten subgroups in 7 days.
