【摘要】： 警衛(wèi)工作是保衛(wèi)國(guó)家政權(quán),鞏固人民民主專政的重要措施,是國(guó)家穩(wěn)定程度的重要象征,是保證國(guó)家外事活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié),是保衛(wèi)改革開(kāi)放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要方面,其作用和意義之重大不言而喻。在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的背景下,作為警衛(wèi)工作的主體——警衛(wèi)人員能夠肩負(fù)好保衛(wèi)黨和國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、重要來(lái)訪外賓、重要會(huì)議和大型活動(dòng)等安全的使命,其素質(zhì)是根本,也是關(guān)鍵,而警衛(wèi)人員的素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成中,道德人格的養(yǎng)成至關(guān)重要。 當(dāng)代中國(guó)警衛(wèi)人員道德人格養(yǎng)成是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的形勢(shì)所迫,是安全保衛(wèi)與政治保衛(wèi)統(tǒng)一的特點(diǎn)所定,是警衛(wèi)形式改革的實(shí)際所需,其面臨著既有養(yǎng)成模式的局限性,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,全球化對(duì)本土主流道德文化的沖擊等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),作者認(rèn)為,要在建構(gòu)忠誠(chéng)敬業(yè)、作風(fēng)優(yōu)良、犧牲奉獻(xiàn)等道德人格養(yǎng)成目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)之上,確立理想教育與現(xiàn)實(shí)關(guān)懷融合,內(nèi)在修養(yǎng)與外在教化統(tǒng)一,政治修養(yǎng)與道德修養(yǎng)共進(jìn),社會(huì)、單位、家庭三者和諧等道德人格養(yǎng)成路徑選擇的原則,探求氛圍營(yíng)造法、主體實(shí)踐法、心理引導(dǎo)法等道德人格養(yǎng)成路徑選擇的方法。
[Abstract]:Security work is an important measure to safeguard the state power and consolidate the people's democratic dictatorship, an important symbol of the degree of national stability, and an important link to ensure the smooth conduct of state foreign affairs activities. It is an important aspect of defending reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and its function and significance are self-evident. Under the background of building a harmonious socialist society, as the main body of security work, the security personnel can shoulder the security missions of defending party and state leaders, important visiting foreign guests, important conferences and events, and so on. Their quality is fundamental. Is also the key, and the quality of security personnel, the formation of moral personality is very important. The cultivation of moral personality of security personnel in contemporary China is forced by the situation of building a harmonious socialist society, determined by the characteristics of the unity of security and political protection, and the practical need of the reform of security forms, which faces the limitations of the existing nurturance mode. The impact of market economy and the impact of globalization on local mainstream moral culture and many other challenges. In the face of these challenges, the author believes that on the basis of establishing the goal of cultivating moral personality, such as loyalty and professionalism, fine style, sacrifice and dedication, the author should establish the fusion of ideal education and practical care, and the unity of inner cultivation and external education. Political accomplishment and moral accomplishment advance together, society, unit, family and so on harmonious moral personality formation path choice principle, explores the atmosphere construction method, the main body practice law, the psychological guidance method and so on moral personality cultivation path choice method.
