【摘要】：荊門市掇刀區(qū)是湖北省戶籍制度改革的試點區(qū)之一。本文對荊門市掇刀區(qū)一元戶籍改革中的農(nóng)民態(tài)度及影響因素進行調(diào)查與分析,得出三個方面的結(jié)論:其一,農(nóng)村居民普遍支持戶籍制度改革;其二,影響農(nóng)民態(tài)度的因素主要有政策因素、保障因素、經(jīng)濟因素和城市吸引因素;其三,農(nóng)民最關(guān)心的是政策因素的影響,改革不是一蹴而就的,需要一個漸進式的發(fā)展過程。本文提出相關(guān)政策建議,以期深化一元戶籍改革,推動城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Jingmen City is one of the pilot areas in the reform of the household registration system in Hubei Province. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the farmers' attitude and influencing factors in the reform of household registration in Yidao District of Jingmen City, and draws three conclusions: first, the rural residents generally support the reform of the household registration system; Secondly, the main factors influencing farmers' attitude are policy factors, security factors, economic factors and urban attraction factors. Third, farmers are most concerned about the impact of policy factors, reform is not achieved overnight, need a gradual process of development. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to deepen the reform of household registration and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.
