公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育研究
[Abstract]:In view of the rapid changes in the international and domestic social environment and the requirements of social development, the public security organs, as the state machinery for safeguarding national security, maintaining social stability and ensuring the people living and working in peace and contentment, are in such a grim situation. It is urgent to improve the quality of the team, and the public security colleges must carry out the concept of quality education on the basis of the basic theory of quality education. Under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism, this paper adheres to the principle of integrating theory with practice, starting with the analysis of the concept of quality education for students in public security colleges and universities, and explores the shortcomings and causes of the quality education of college students at present. Further strengthening the quality education of students in public security colleges and universities is put forward. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: the connotation and significance of quality education for public security college students. Starting with the connotation of quality and quality education, this part clarifies the meaning and basic constitution of quality education for college students. At present, it is emphasized that the quality education of college students is the need of the social development in the 21st century. Under the new situation, the public security work needs to keep pace with the times, which is the fundamental way for college students to become talented and realize the all-round development of the police, which is conducive to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. Building a harmonious socialist society. The second part: the characteristics of quality education for public security college students. In addition to the general characteristics of quality education, quality education in public security colleges and universities also has strong political orientation, obvious value orientation, outstanding social service, and clear industry pertinence. The third part: the problems existing in the quality education of public security college students. According to the author's work practice, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of the students in the public security colleges and universities, and points out that in the present public security college students, there is a lack of ideal faith in the spirit of emptiness and a lack of dedication in the utilitarian practice. Traditional lack of innovative ideas, emphasis on the lack of practical ability of memorization, lack of motivation, lack of competitive consciousness and so on. Furthermore, it explores the causes of the deficiency of college students' quality at present: the concept of quality-oriented education is not clear enough, the implementation and development of quality-oriented education is unbalanced, the teaching content is old and the teaching method is single. Ignore the training and cultivation of quality. The fourth part: further strengthens the public security college student quality education the way. In the process of carrying out quality-oriented education, public security colleges and universities should change the concept of education, set up the concept of all-person education, educate people first and then train police, and set up the concept of students' subjectivity. In order to deepen the teaching reform, we must reform the teaching content, construct a scientific curriculum content system, innovate the teaching methods and means, improve the students' learning ability, reform the evaluation system and objectively evaluate the students' ability. Through the daily training and management of students to carry out quality cultivation education, to strengthen the management of student policing, campus culture construction, student party organization construction; In order to build high quality teachers, we should improve teachers' quality, construct high quality student management cadres, and establish perfect incentive and competition mechanism.
