公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育研究

【摘要】:基于目前國際國內(nèi)社會環(huán)境的急劇變化和社會發(fā)展的要求,公安機(jī)關(guān)作為維護(hù)國家安全、保持社會穩(wěn)定、保障人民安居樂業(yè)的國家機(jī)器,在如此嚴(yán)峻形勢下,提高隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)已是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,公安院校必須以素質(zhì)教育基本理論為依據(jù),大力推行素質(zhì)教育理念。本文在馬克思主義基本原理的指導(dǎo)下,堅持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則,從分析公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的概念入手,探索當(dāng)前公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育存在的不足及其原因,提出進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的辦法。論文共分為四部分: 第一部分:公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵及意義。本部分從素質(zhì)、素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵入手,闡明了公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的涵義及基本構(gòu)成。在當(dāng)前強(qiáng)調(diào)公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育是21世紀(jì)社會發(fā)展的需要,新形勢下公安工作與時俱進(jìn)的需要,是大學(xué)生成才、實(shí)現(xiàn)警察全面發(fā)展的根本途徑,有利于全面建設(shè)小康社會,構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會。 第二部分:公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的特點(diǎn)。公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育除了具有素質(zhì)教育的一般特點(diǎn)外,它還具有強(qiáng)烈的政治傾向性、明顯的價值取向性、突出的社會服務(wù)性、明確的行業(yè)針對性。 第三部分:當(dāng)前公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育存在的問題。根據(jù)作者的工作實(shí)踐,對當(dāng)前公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)上存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為在當(dāng)前的公安院校大學(xué)生中,存在著精神空虛缺乏理想信念、功利實(shí)際缺乏奉獻(xiàn)精神、拘于傳統(tǒng)缺乏創(chuàng)新思想、強(qiáng)調(diào)識記缺乏實(shí)踐能力、動力不足缺乏競爭意識等不足。并進(jìn)一步探索了導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)出現(xiàn)不足的原因:素質(zhì)教育的理念不夠清晰、素質(zhì)教育實(shí)施與發(fā)展的不平衡性、教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊與教學(xué)方法單一、忽視素質(zhì)的訓(xùn)練與養(yǎng)成。 第四部分:進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)公安院校大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育的途徑。公安院校在實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育過程中,轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,樹立全人教育、先育人后育警的觀念,樹立學(xué)生主體性觀;全面深化教學(xué)改革,必須改革教學(xué)內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建科學(xué)的課程內(nèi)容體系,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)手段,提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力,改革考核評價制度,客觀評價學(xué)生能力;注重通過對學(xué)生的日常訓(xùn)練與管理實(shí)施素質(zhì)養(yǎng)成教育,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生警務(wù)化管理、校園文化建設(shè)、學(xué)生黨組織建設(shè);建設(shè)高素質(zhì)師資隊(duì)伍,要大力提高教師的素質(zhì)、構(gòu)建高素質(zhì)的學(xué)生管理干部隊(duì)伍、建立完善的激勵競爭機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In view of the rapid changes in the international and domestic social environment and the requirements of social development, the public security organs, as the state machinery for safeguarding national security, maintaining social stability and ensuring the people living and working in peace and contentment, are in such a grim situation. It is urgent to improve the quality of the team, and the public security colleges must carry out the concept of quality education on the basis of the basic theory of quality education. Under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism, this paper adheres to the principle of integrating theory with practice, starting with the analysis of the concept of quality education for students in public security colleges and universities, and explores the shortcomings and causes of the quality education of college students at present. Further strengthening the quality education of students in public security colleges and universities is put forward. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: the connotation and significance of quality education for public security college students. Starting with the connotation of quality and quality education, this part clarifies the meaning and basic constitution of quality education for college students. At present, it is emphasized that the quality education of college students is the need of the social development in the 21st century. Under the new situation, the public security work needs to keep pace with the times, which is the fundamental way for college students to become talented and realize the all-round development of the police, which is conducive to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. Building a harmonious socialist society. The second part: the characteristics of quality education for public security college students. In addition to the general characteristics of quality education, quality education in public security colleges and universities also has strong political orientation, obvious value orientation, outstanding social service, and clear industry pertinence. The third part: the problems existing in the quality education of public security college students. According to the author's work practice, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of the students in the public security colleges and universities, and points out that in the present public security college students, there is a lack of ideal faith in the spirit of emptiness and a lack of dedication in the utilitarian practice. Traditional lack of innovative ideas, emphasis on the lack of practical ability of memorization, lack of motivation, lack of competitive consciousness and so on. Furthermore, it explores the causes of the deficiency of college students' quality at present: the concept of quality-oriented education is not clear enough, the implementation and development of quality-oriented education is unbalanced, the teaching content is old and the teaching method is single. Ignore the training and cultivation of quality. The fourth part: further strengthens the public security college student quality education the way. In the process of carrying out quality-oriented education, public security colleges and universities should change the concept of education, set up the concept of all-person education, educate people first and then train police, and set up the concept of students' subjectivity. In order to deepen the teaching reform, we must reform the teaching content, construct a scientific curriculum content system, innovate the teaching methods and means, improve the students' learning ability, reform the evaluation system and objectively evaluate the students' ability. Through the daily training and management of students to carry out quality cultivation education, to strengthen the management of student policing, campus culture construction, student party organization construction; In order to build high quality teachers, we should improve teachers' quality, construct high quality student management cadres, and establish perfect incentive and competition mechanism.
