青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪成因及社會救助

【摘要】： 青少年犯罪已成為一個世界性的嚴重社會問題,它繼吸毒犯毒和環(huán)境污染之后在世界范圍內(nèi)被列為第三大公害。在我國,青少年犯罪一直是比較嚴重的社會問題,受到社會各界的廣泛關注。而網(wǎng)絡的出現(xiàn)和普及,使得青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪成為青少年犯罪中的一種新的犯罪態(tài)勢。它伴隨著信息化的快速發(fā)展和科技化手段的普及而在青少年群體中迅速蔓延,這不僅嚴重影響了新時期社會的安定而且也嚴重影響了青少年正常的社會化過程。因此,青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪問題成為新時期社會關注的新熱點。本文旨在通過闡述青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的特點和犯罪類型,通過對青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的諸多原因進行分析,提出了預防和打擊青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的社會救助方式。本文主要包括三個部分: 第一部分:青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的特點及犯罪類型 該部分主要從青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的犯罪主體、犯罪動機、犯罪手段和方式以及犯罪后果等五個方面闡述了青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的特點,并根據(jù)青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的這些新特點分析了青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的主要類型,為進一步研究青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的成因奠定了基礎。 第二部分:青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的成因 該部分主要闡述了青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的社會原因、網(wǎng)絡亞文化原因、家庭原因、學校原因和個體心理原因,并根據(jù)這些原因“對癥下藥”采取積極的措施預防青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪。 第三部分:預防青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的社會救助該部分主要闡述了青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的社會救助方式,提出了法律救助、文化救助、心理救助、道德救助等七個方面的社會救助方式,力圖全方位解析青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪的社會救助方式,為預防和減少青少年網(wǎng)絡犯罪案件的發(fā)生提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has become a serious social problem in the world. It is listed as the third public hazard in the world after drug abuse and environmental pollution. In our country, juvenile delinquency has been a serious social problem and received wide attention from all walks of life. With the emergence and popularization of the network, juvenile cyber crime has become a new crime situation in juvenile delinquency. With the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of scientific and technological means, it spreads rapidly among the youth group, which not only seriously affects the social stability in the new period, but also seriously affects the normal socialization process of teenagers. Therefore, the problem of juvenile cybercrime has become a new focus of social concern in the new era. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the characteristics and types of juvenile cyber crime, and to analyze the causes of juvenile cyber crime, and to put forward the social assistance ways to prevent and crack down on juvenile cyber crime. This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part: the characteristics and types of juvenile cybercrime. This paper expounds the characteristics of juvenile cybercrime in five aspects, such as the means and methods of crime and the consequences of crime, and analyzes the main types of juvenile cybercrime according to these new characteristics of juvenile cybercrime. It lays a foundation for further research on the causes of juvenile cyber crime. The second part: the causes of juvenile cybercrime. This part mainly expounds the social reasons, network subcultural reasons, family reasons, school reasons and individual psychological reasons. And according to these reasons, take active measures to prevent juvenile cybercrime. The third part: social assistance for the prevention of juvenile cybercrime. This part mainly expounds the social assistance methods of juvenile cyber crime, and puts forward seven ways of social assistance, such as legal aid, cultural assistance, psychological assistance, moral assistance, etc. This paper tries to analyze the social assistance mode of juvenile cybercrime in all directions, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for preventing and reducing the occurrence of juvenile cyber crime cases.
