【摘要】：電子警務(wù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益包括建設(shè)效益、信息資源開發(fā)效益、管理效益、服務(wù)效益等方面。目前在電子警務(wù)建設(shè)中 ,還存在忽視工作分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程再造和組織機(jī)構(gòu)整合 ,忽視警務(wù)人員培訓(xùn) ,重內(nèi)輕外、重監(jiān)管輕服務(wù) ,忽視統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、有效整合等種種弊端。應(yīng)強(qiáng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)效益觀念 ,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與社會效益的雙贏。
[Abstract]:The economic benefit of electronic policing includes construction benefit, information resource development benefit, management benefit, service benefit and so on. At present, in the construction of electronic policing, there are still some disadvantages, such as neglecting work analysis, business process reengineering and organizational integration, neglecting the training of police personnel, attaching importance to internal and external affairs, paying more attention to supervision and service, neglecting unified planning, and effectively integrating. We should strengthen the concept of economic benefits and realize the win-win situation of economic and social benefits.
