【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會,兒童1問題已成為備受社會關(guān)注的問題,這是因?yàn)?一方面,兒童是國家和社會的未來,兒童素質(zhì)2的高低將影響國家和社會的前途命運(yùn);另一方面,兒童的實(shí)際生活狀況,如生活在世界各地的無數(shù)困境兒童3的存在使人擔(dān)憂。正因?yàn)槿绱?當(dāng)今世界各國都十分重視對兒童問題的研究,其中包括對少年犯罪和少年司法制度的研究。而本文正是想從完善我國少年司法制度的角度談?wù)勛约旱乃伎肌?br/>[Abstract]:In modern society, the problem of children has become a problem of great social concern. This is because, on the one hand, children are the future of the country and society, and the quality of children will affect the future and destiny of the country and society. On the other hand, the existence of children in real life, such as countless children in distress around the world, is worrying. Because of this, countries all over the world attach great importance to the study of children, including juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice system. And this article just wants to perfect our country juvenile justice system angle to talk about own ponder.
