【摘要】：正控制圖自上世紀(jì)20年代發(fā)明以來,廣泛用于生產(chǎn)過程控制.在先進(jìn)國家,也逐漸將控制圖用于服務(wù)業(yè).按ISO9000質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)族觀點(diǎn),“一切工作都是通過過程完成的”.應(yīng)用控制圖來分析、控制和改進(jìn)服務(wù)過程,也是題中應(yīng)有之意.美國一些專家,干脆稱控制圖為“過程行為圖”.美國田納西州的報(bào)紙,根據(jù)安全部門提供的數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)布了“交通死亡人數(shù)連續(xù)三年直線下降……”的頭條新聞.但國際著名的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)家、美國“質(zhì)量”雜志的專欄作家維勒先生,卻根據(jù)新聞中過去25年的每年交通死亡人數(shù)(見表1),作出了自己的分析和質(zhì)疑.“數(shù)據(jù)表示著高速公路安全的任何實(shí)質(zhì)性改變嗎?”,維勒的作法是“把這些數(shù)據(jù)放到過程行為圖(即控制圖)上”.這
[Abstract]:Since its invention in 1920s, the positive control chart has been widely used in production process control. In advanced countries, control charts are also increasingly being used in services. According to the ISO9000 quality system Standard Family, "all work is done through the process". Application of control chart to analyze, control and improve the service process, is also the meaning of the problem. Some experts in the United States simply call control charts "process behavior diagrams." The Tennessee newspaper, according to data from the security services, published "the death toll from traffic has plummeted for three years in a row." In the headlines. But Mr. Wheeler, an international statistician and columnist for quality magazine, makes his own analysis and questions based on the number of traffic deaths in the news for the past 25 years (see table 1).
