【摘要】:研究了致幻性安非他明類藥物3,4-亞甲二氧基甲基安非他明(MDMA)和3,4-亞甲二氧基安非他明(MDA)的乙;、三氟乙;⑽宸;⑵叻□;⒍纫阴;⒁宦榷阴;⑽宸郊柞;⑽宸交酋;投趸郊柞;难苌磻(yīng)條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)除了乙;馑芯康母鞣N衍生化反應(yīng)均可用5μL酸酐或酰氯在環(huán)己烷中于20℃10 m in內(nèi)完成。乙;捎20μL乙酸酐在60℃30 m in內(nèi)完成。在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了尿中MDMA和MDA的各種衍生化的氮磷檢測氣相色譜(GC/NPD)分析方法。方法操作簡便快速,絕大多數(shù)方法的檢出限低于10μg/L,其中二氯乙;、一氯二氟乙酰化、五氟苯甲酰化、五氟苯磺酰
