【摘要】：文化是社會上層建筑的組成部分,與特定的社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活形成相互作用。由于個人所處的社會環(huán)境因素千差萬別,導(dǎo)致社會中出現(xiàn)各種文化集體,或相互類似、和諧,或相互矛盾、沖突。在文化的矛盾體中,進(jìn)步文化與落后文化此消彼長。落后文化的蔓延、囂張,必然嚴(yán)重影響整個社會風(fēng)氣,造成犯罪率直線上升,并給治安管理、打擊犯罪帶來極大的困難。本文從文化的視角探討文化與犯罪的相互關(guān)系、犯罪生成的文化因素以及社會主義先進(jìn)文化建設(shè)對于犯罪防控的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Culture is an integral part of social superstructure and interacts with specific social political and economic life. Due to the diversity of social environmental factors, various cultural collectives appear in the society, which are similar, harmonious, contradictory and conflicting. In the contradiction of culture, progressive culture and backward culture rise and fall one after another. The spread of backward culture, arrogance, will inevitably seriously affect the entire social atmosphere, resulting in a sharp rise in crime rates, and to the management of public security, the fight against crime brings great difficulties. This paper discusses the relationship between culture and crime, the cultural factors of crime formation and the positive effect of socialist advanced culture construction on crime prevention and control from the perspective of culture.
