【摘要】：當(dāng)代恐怖主義活動(dòng)行為目的趨向極端 ,組織策劃更趨于嚴(yán)密與隱秘 ,手段殘忍 ,呈跨國(guó)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。這些特點(diǎn)決定了反恐怖斗爭(zhēng)應(yīng)堅(jiān)持“嚴(yán)密防范 ,合力鏟除 ,及時(shí)善后”的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo) ,堅(jiān)持防范、打擊、救援并舉。從我國(guó)武警部隊(duì)反恐能力總體構(gòu)成的角度看 ,當(dāng)前應(yīng)著重加強(qiáng)情報(bào)偵測(cè)、快速反應(yīng)與抵達(dá)、綜合作戰(zhàn)等三項(xiàng)能力建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of contemporary terrorist activities tends to be extreme, the organizational planning tends to be more strict and secret, and the means are cruel, showing a trend of transnational development. These characteristics determine that the anti-terrorist struggle should adhere to the "strict prevention, joint efforts to eradicate, timely rehabilitation" strategic guidance, adhere to prevention, strike, rescue and development. From the point of view of the overall composition of the anti-terrorist capability of our armed police force, we should focus on strengthening the building of intelligence detection, rapid reaction and arrival, and comprehensive combat.
