我國(guó)警察院校主體性道德教育研究

【摘要】: 主體性是人的根本特性,其最重要的特點(diǎn)是人能進(jìn)行自主選擇、判斷和踐行。主體性道德教育以培養(yǎng)道德生活的主體為根本目的,使學(xué)生能真正成為道德生活的主體是主體性道德教育的內(nèi)在要求,也是道德教育取得實(shí)效的根本所在。社會(huì)的發(fā)展將會(huì)越來越重視人的主體性和個(gè)性,道德教育研究也將愈來愈關(guān)注學(xué)生的主體性,尊重學(xué)生的主體地位,努力喚醒學(xué)生的主體意識(shí),培養(yǎng)發(fā)展學(xué)生的主體能力。 我國(guó)警察院校道德教育重強(qiáng)制性理論灌輸、忽視學(xué)生主體性發(fā)展。警察院校實(shí)施主體性道德教育,教師必須確立學(xué)生主體地位的教育觀念,采取有力措施培養(yǎng)警察院校大學(xué)生的道德主體意識(shí)!耙詫W(xué)生發(fā)展為本”的教育理念、“開放與參與”的道德實(shí)踐與“主體性道德教育”氛圍是主體性道德教育的基本特征。基于主體性視角分析,警察院校職業(yè)道德教育嚴(yán)重忽視學(xué)生的主體性。這樣的一種道德教育導(dǎo)致了警察院校大學(xué)生道德教育效果的不佳。綜觀我國(guó)警察道德教育和國(guó)外警察道德教育的歷史發(fā)展,注重主體性發(fā)展,注重警察主體的道德品質(zhì)和修養(yǎng)是警察道德教育的必然趨勢(shì)和選擇。警察院校實(shí)施主體性道德教育是當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀要求,是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生心理特點(diǎn)的客觀需要。 警察院校主體性道德教育的目標(biāo)在于提升學(xué)生的需要層次,激發(fā)學(xué)生的道德動(dòng)機(jī)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生理性的、自主的道德判斷和選擇能力、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的道德自律精神和創(chuàng)新精神。警察院校主體性道德教育應(yīng)采取以下途徑:構(gòu)建合理的課程體系;引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自我完善、自我教育;加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)主體性道德實(shí)踐;營(yíng)造主體性道德環(huán)境,創(chuàng)造主體性道德氛圍。警察院校主體性道德教育要努力創(chuàng)設(shè)平等互動(dòng)的師生關(guān)系。警察院校主體性道德教育評(píng)價(jià)是實(shí)現(xiàn)主體性道德教育觀念有效的載體,其基本原則有:評(píng)價(jià)的目的在于促進(jìn)學(xué)生個(gè)性的發(fā)展;師生雙方共同參與的評(píng)價(jià)過程。主要內(nèi)容包括對(duì)受教育者的評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)教育者的評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)道德教育工作部門的評(píng)價(jià)和對(duì)道德教育效果的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Subjectivity is the fundamental characteristic of human being, the most important characteristic of which is that man can choose, judge and practice independently. The objective of subjective moral education is to cultivate the subject of moral life, so that students can become the subject of moral life is the internal requirement of subjective moral education, and is also the root of the actual effect of moral education. The development of society will pay more and more attention to the subjectivity and individuality of human beings, and the study of moral education will pay more and more attention to the subjectivity of students, respect the subject status of students, strive to awaken the subject consciousness of students, and train and develop the subject ability of students. Moral education in police colleges in China emphasizes mandatory theoretical indoctrination and neglects the development of students' subjectivity. In order to carry out subjective moral education in police colleges, teachers must establish the educational concept of students' subjective status and take effective measures to cultivate the moral subjective consciousness of police college students. The concept of "student-oriented development", the moral practice of "openness and participation" and the atmosphere of "subjective moral education" are the basic characteristics of subjective moral education. From the perspective of subjectivity, professional ethics education in police colleges neglects the subjectivity of students. Such a kind of moral education results in poor effect of moral education for police college students. In view of the historical development of police moral education in China and abroad, it is the inevitable trend and choice of police moral education to pay attention to the development of subjectivity and the moral quality and accomplishment of police subject. The implementation of subjective moral education in police colleges is the objective requirement of the development of contemporary society and the objective need of the psychological characteristics of contemporary college students. The objective of subjective moral education in police colleges is to raise the level of students' needs, stimulate students' moral motivation, cultivate students' rational and independent ability of moral judgment and choice, and cultivate students' spirit of moral self-discipline and innovation. The following approaches should be adopted in subjective moral education in police colleges: constructing reasonable curriculum system, guiding students to improve themselves and self-education, strengthening and improving subjective moral practice, creating subjective moral environment and creating subjective moral atmosphere. Police colleges and universities should strive to create an equal and interactive relationship between teachers and students in subjective moral education. The evaluation of subjective moral education in police colleges is an effective carrier to realize the concept of subjective moral education. Its basic principles are as follows: the purpose of evaluation is to promote the development of students' personality and the evaluation process in which teachers and students participate together. The main contents include the evaluation of the educatee, the evaluation of the department of moral education and the evaluation of the effect of moral education.
