地方公安高校教育質(zhì)量分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】: 教育質(zhì)量是教育的生命線,是學(xué)校辦學(xué)的根本,無(wú)論是基礎(chǔ)教育還是高等教育,都必須緊緊圍繞教育質(zhì)量的提高來(lái)進(jìn)行。事實(shí)上,近年來(lái),教育的質(zhì)量尤其是高等教育的質(zhì)量因其直接關(guān)涉參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的高素質(zhì)人才的培養(yǎng),各國(guó)政府、教育界專(zhuān)家學(xué)者都十分關(guān)注高等教育的質(zhì)量和改革。如何全面提高高等教育的質(zhì)量已是世界各國(guó)普遍關(guān)注的核心問(wèn)題,是高校教育教學(xué)改革的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿。就我國(guó)的高等教育而言,隨著高校的擴(kuò)招,我國(guó)高等教育已經(jīng)邁進(jìn)了大眾化的行列,但大學(xué)生數(shù)量的增多最多只能說(shuō)我們是教育的大國(guó),我們要真正成為教育的強(qiáng)國(guó),還必須要大力提高高等教育的質(zhì)量。 目前,關(guān)于高校教育質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵、影響高校教育質(zhì)量的因素以及如何提高高校教育質(zhì)量等方面的普適性研究較多,也取得了大量的相關(guān)研究成果,仁者見(jiàn)仁,智者見(jiàn)智。公安高校教育作為高等教育的重要組成部分,既有普通高等教育的共性,又有自身特點(diǎn),借鑒普通高校的相關(guān)研究成果,對(duì)我國(guó)地方公安高校教育質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題做全面的分析研究,構(gòu)建全面提高公安高校教育質(zhì)量的可操作模式,不僅具有重要的理論意義,也有較大的實(shí)際意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)普通高校教育質(zhì)量的分析和研究,為地方公安高校人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建與完善提供借鑒。我國(guó)的公安高校教育在經(jīng)歷了初創(chuàng)期和發(fā)展期之后,如今正面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。近幾年來(lái),隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的推進(jìn)和社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的深刻變革,社會(huì)犯罪也出現(xiàn)了很多新情況和新特點(diǎn),并為公安院校的發(fā)展改革及教育質(zhì)量提出了新的要求。在新的形勢(shì)面前,公安高校如何發(fā)展改革,如何切實(shí)提高教育質(zhì)量,必然是公安院校最迫切解決的核心問(wèn)題,也必然要在深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上做出合理的抉擇。為此,深入剖析公安高校教育活動(dòng)存在的問(wèn)題,探究并形成既符合教育活動(dòng)規(guī)律又適應(yīng)公安高校教育特點(diǎn)模式勢(shì)在必行。 任何教育模式的創(chuàng)建都首先面臨著核心價(jià)值和理論的建立問(wèn)題。本文試圖在全面分析影響公安高校教育質(zhì)量因素基礎(chǔ)上,探索解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策,形成適應(yīng)人才市場(chǎng)需求和學(xué)生個(gè)性潛能發(fā)展的公安高校教育模式,理性指導(dǎo)公安高校教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)公安高校教育質(zhì)量的全面提升。
[Abstract]:The quality of education is the lifeline of education and the foundation of running a school. Whether it is basic education or higher education, it must be carried out closely around the improvement of educational quality. In fact, in recent years, the quality of education, especially the quality of higher education, is directly related to the cultivation of high-quality talents who participate in international competition. The governments of various countries, experts and scholars in the field of education have paid close attention to the quality and reform of higher education. How to improve the quality of higher education all over the world has become the core issue of universal concern and the starting point and destination of the educational reform in colleges and universities. As far as higher education in our country is concerned, with the expansion of university enrollment, China's higher education has entered the ranks of popularization, but the increase in the number of college students can only say that we are a big country in education, and that we want to truly become a powerful country in education. We must also improve the quality of higher education. At present, there are many researches on the connotation of the quality of higher education, the factors that affect the quality of education and how to improve the quality of education in colleges and universities, and a large number of related research results have been obtained. As an important part of higher education, the education of public security colleges and universities has its own characteristics as well as the commonness of higher education. It is not only of great theoretical significance but also of great practical significance to make a comprehensive analysis and study on the present situation and existing problems of the education quality of local public security colleges and universities in our country, and to construct the operational mode of improving the educational quality of public security colleges and universities in an all-round way. Through the analysis and research on the quality of education in ordinary colleges and universities, this paper provides a reference for the construction and perfection of the talent training mode of local public security colleges and universities. The public security college education in our country is facing new challenges after experiencing the initial period and the development period. In recent years, with the advancement of market economy and the profound changes in various fields of society, many new situations and new characteristics have emerged in social crime, and new requirements have been put forward for the development and reform of public security colleges and universities and the quality of education. In the face of the new situation, how to develop and reform the public security colleges and universities and how to improve the quality of education is the most urgent problem to be solved by public security colleges and universities, and a reasonable choice must be made on the basis of in-depth study. Therefore, it is imperative to deeply analyze the problems existing in the educational activities of public security colleges and universities, and to explore and form a pattern that conforms to the laws of educational activities and adapts to the educational characteristics of public security colleges and universities. The establishment of any educational model is first faced with the core value and the establishment of the theory. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the quality of education in public security colleges and universities, this paper attempts to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems and to form a model of education in public security colleges and universities that adapts to the needs of the talent market and the development of students' personality potential. Rational guidance of public security colleges and universities education practice activities, to achieve the overall quality of public security colleges and universities education.
