面向公安工作現(xiàn)代化的HB21電子警務

【摘要】：正 21世紀是以人為本的時代,HB21大型電子警務綜合應用系統(tǒng)意指面向21世紀以人為本的電子警務系統(tǒng),HB是Human Base的縮寫,21是21st Century的縮寫,這是一套正在成長之中并已在國內(nèi)國際居于領(lǐng)先地位的電子警務系統(tǒng),為中國警界贏得了應有的尊嚴,也得到了公安部領(lǐng)導的高度評價。 中國加入WTO在即,我國公安電子警務和國際接軌已成必然之勢。但是,近年來國內(nèi)外頻頻發(fā)生的黑客事件、網(wǎng)上犯罪,無不在國家信息安全、經(jīng)濟安全、國防安全等方面給我們敲響了警鐘。據(jù)
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of people-oriented, HB21 large-scale electronic policing integrated application system refers to the 21st century people-oriented electronic policing system, HB is the abbreviation of Human Base, 21 is the abbreviation of 21st Century. This is an e-policing system which is growing and has taken the lead at home and abroad. It has won due dignity for the Chinese police sector and has also been highly praised by the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security. With China's entry into WTO, it is inevitable that China's public security electronic policing will be in line with international standards. However, in recent years, the frequent hacker incidents at home and abroad, cyber crime, in the national information security, economic security, national defense security and other aspects have sounded the alarm bell for us.
