大鼠死后肺臟FTIR光譜變化與死亡時(shí)間的關(guān)系

【摘要】:應(yīng)用傅里葉變換紅外(FTIR)光譜分析大鼠死后肺臟組織隨死亡時(shí)間推移的化學(xué)降解過程,為法醫(yī)死亡時(shí)間推斷提供新的研究方法。結(jié)果表明,隨著死亡時(shí)間的推移,大鼠肺臟組織FTIR光譜的主要吸收峰峰位沒有明顯變化,而其峰高有明顯差異:(1)與核酸有關(guān)的1080,1241cm-1譜帶的峰強(qiáng)呈下降趨勢(shì)。(2)酰胺Ⅰ(I1647),Ⅱ(I1541)峰強(qiáng)比隨死亡時(shí)間推移下降。1338和1313cm-1處的吸收峰強(qiáng)略有升高。(3)1460,1400,1170cm-1的譜帶沒有明顯變化趨勢(shì)。(4)死亡72h后,1120cm-1處出現(xiàn)新的吸收峰,吸收強(qiáng)度隨時(shí)間推移逐漸增高;這一結(jié)果表明FTIR光譜分析技術(shù)有望成為法醫(yī)死亡時(shí)間推斷的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was used to analyze the chemical degradation process of rat lung tissues after death, which provided a new method for estimating the death time of forensic doctors.
