【摘要】：警察職業(yè)道德是警察在警務(wù)工作中必須遵守的行為準(zhǔn)則，它是警察履行職責(zé)、密切警民關(guān)系、樹立良好社會(huì)形象的必要保證�？墒窃诂F(xiàn)實(shí)中，警察違背職業(yè)道德的行為卻時(shí)有發(fā)生，成為引起社會(huì)關(guān)注的、不容忽視的問題。 因此，本文力圖對(duì)警察的職業(yè)道德及其當(dāng)前存在的問題與教育對(duì)策進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析研究。首先，從闡釋警察職業(yè)道德概念入手，介紹警察職業(yè)道德的具體內(nèi)容，重點(diǎn)分析警察職業(yè)道德的特點(diǎn)和意義。接著，以現(xiàn)實(shí)中的典型案例為代表，指出警察職業(yè)道德中存在的六個(gè)方面的突出問題：業(yè)務(wù)不精、技術(shù)不強(qiáng)，刑訊逼供，特權(quán)思想嚴(yán)重、濫用職權(quán)，貪污，受賄、舞弊，玩忽職守。進(jìn)而，對(duì)問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析，認(rèn)為：社會(huì)思想觀念的影響，警察隊(duì)伍的組成和管理狀況，警察職業(yè)的特殊性，警察的社會(huì)待遇等方面的特定因素，構(gòu)成了問題產(chǎn)生的客觀原因；警察個(gè)人的思想認(rèn)識(shí)，心理和身體狀況，文化素質(zhì)等是問題產(chǎn)生的主觀原因；職業(yè)道德教育中的不足也是產(chǎn)生問題的重要原因。最后，從職業(yè)道德教育的角度，提出解決問題的對(duì)策：重視職業(yè)道德教育，將其置于職業(yè)教育的大背景中進(jìn)行；科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)職業(yè)道德教育內(nèi)容；培養(yǎng)職業(yè)道德教育師資隊(duì)伍；改進(jìn)職業(yè)道德教育的手段和方法。 本文的結(jié)論是：警察職業(yè)道德中存在的問題，應(yīng)該引起人們的重視，需要社會(huì)各界的共同努力，做好警察職業(yè)道德教育工作是解決問題的重要途徑，，在以德治國(guó)的社會(huì)背景中，積極有效的職業(yè)道德教育一定能推動(dòng)警察隊(duì)伍整體素質(zhì)的不斷提高。
[Abstract]:Police professional ethics is the code of conduct that the police must abide by in the police work. It is the necessary guarantee for the police to perform their duties, close the relationship between the police and the people, and set up a good social image. However, in reality, the behavior of police violating professional ethics occurs from time to time, which causes social concern and can not be ignored. Therefore, this paper tries to make a systematic analysis and research on police professional ethics and its current problems and educational countermeasures. First of all, starting from explaining the concept of police professional ethics, this paper introduces the concrete content of police professional ethics, and analyzes the characteristics and significance of police professional ethics. Then, taking typical cases in reality as the representative, the paper points out the outstanding problems in six aspects of police professional ethics: poor business, weak technology, extortion of confessions by torture, serious privilege, abuse of power, corruption, bribery, fraud, etc. dereliction of duty Then, the causes of the problem are analyzed, and it is concluded that the influence of social ideology, the composition and management of the police force, the particularity of the police profession, the social treatment of the police, and so on, The objective cause of the problem is the objective cause of the problem; the subjective cause of the problem is the personal understanding of the police, the psychological and physical condition, and the cultural quality, and the deficiency in the professional ethics education is also the important reason for the problem. Finally, from the point of view of professional ethics education, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem: attaching importance to professional ethics education, placing it in the background of vocational education, scientifically designing the content of professional ethics education, training teachers of professional ethics education, and putting it in the background of vocational education. To improve the means and methods of professional ethics education. The conclusion of this paper is that the problems existing in the police professional ethics should be paid more attention to, and the joint efforts of all walks of life are needed. It is an important way to solve the problem by doing a good job in the education of police professional ethics, and in the social background of governing the country by virtue, Positive and effective professional ethics education will certainly promote the continuous improvement of the overall quality of the police force.
