【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)天津市犯罪青少年調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析 ,描述了犯罪青少年所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活狀況 ,認(rèn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的貧困或相對(duì)貧困對(duì)青少年犯罪有著重要的影響作用。文章還指出 ,生活“富足”青少年的侵財(cái)犯罪與其收入———支出的“供需”矛盾有密切的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of the investigation data of juvenile delinquents in Tianjin, this paper describes the economic living conditions of juvenile delinquents, and concludes that the poverty or relative poverty of economic life plays an important role in juvenile delinquency. The article also points out that there is a close relationship between the crime of invading money and the contradiction between supply and demand of income-expenditure.
