【摘要】：青少年犯罪日趨嚴重已是不爭的客觀現(xiàn)實。透過犯罪現(xiàn)象的表面,折射的是青少年犯罪防控機制組織形式、運作方式、規(guī)范體系以及社會價值等方面存在的弊端和缺陷。在經(jīng)濟社會全面快速發(fā)展的今天,認真審視這些弊端和缺陷,對于促進社會的和諧文明穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,順利實現(xiàn)“十一五規(guī)劃綱要”目標,有著十分重要的意義。根據(jù)社會政治、經(jīng)濟、思想、文化等條件的新變化,對如何正確認識和處理控制青少年犯罪與政治體制改革、經(jīng)濟體制改革、改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定等相關(guān)問題進行理論探討。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable objective reality that juvenile delinquency is becoming more and more serious. Through the surface of crime phenomenon, it reflects the shortcomings and defects of juvenile crime prevention and control mechanism in organization form, operation mode, normative system and social value. With the rapid development of economy and society in an all-round way, it is of great significance to carefully examine these disadvantages and defects in order to promote the harmonious and civilized development of society and to smoothly realize the goal of the outline of the 11th Five-Year Plan. According to the new changes of social politics, economy, thought, culture and so on, this paper discusses how to correctly understand and deal with the problems related to the control of juvenile delinquency, the reform of political system, the reform of economic system, the reform of development and stability, and so on.
