我國城市化過程中人口流動實(shí)證研究

【摘要】： 隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速增長,中國城市化的速度不斷加快,流動人口規(guī)模越來越大。改革開放三十年來,我國城鄉(xiāng)人口轉(zhuǎn)移接近4億,這樣的人口流動規(guī)模是世界上其他國家都不曾有過的。這樣大規(guī)模的人口流動,也使得一些問題逐漸凸現(xiàn)。由于受各方面因素的影響,一方面流動人口正在面對很多困境,很難融入城市生活;另一方面,城市政府對流動人口的管理和服務(wù),也面臨很多問題。 本文的目的,就是要通過對中國人口流動的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)與人口流動相關(guān)的問題,以期提出合理的人口政策,促進(jìn)城市化可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的研究,運(yùn)用了理論研究與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,使文章有理有據(jù),更具有說服力。本文從政府財政收支體系的角度,對我國現(xiàn)行的戶籍制度進(jìn)行解析,這是本文的一個特色。
[Abstract]:With the sustained rapid growth of China's economy, the pace of urbanization in China is accelerating, and the scale of floating population is becoming larger and larger. In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the population transfer between urban and rural areas in China has reached 400 million, which is unprecedented in other countries in the world. Such a large population movement, but also make some problems gradually highlighted. Due to the influence of various factors, on the one hand, the floating population is facing a lot of difficulties, it is difficult to integrate into urban life; on the other hand, the management and service of the floating population are also faced with many problems by the city government. The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems related to population mobility through the study of population mobility in China in order to put forward reasonable population policies and promote the sustainable development of urbanization. The research in this paper is based on the combination of theoretical and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which makes the article more convincing and reasonable. This paper analyzes the current household registration system of our country from the angle of government revenue and expenditure system, which is a characteristic of this paper.
