[Abstract]:If it is said that the announcement issued by the State Council in 1984 on the issue of peasants entering market towns to settle down, marks the beginning of an important small step in the reform of the household registration system in small towns in China. Then, the notice of the State Council's approval to the Ministry of Public Security on promoting the reform of the household registration management system in small towns in 2001 can be regarded as our country.
