女性犯罪個體心理因素分析

【摘要】：論文對女性犯罪個體心理因素進行了分析。 論文分為五個部分。 第一部分是前言部分。前言部分闡述研究的方法與研究目的。指出應將犯罪學知識和心理學知識結(jié)合起來,進行實證和邏輯分析,研究目的是為了預防。 第二部分是女性犯罪個體心理因素的概述部分。概述部分分析了女性犯罪個體心理因素的概念、特征和地位作用。概念方面,論文提出女性犯罪個體心理因素是個靜態(tài)系統(tǒng)又是個動態(tài)過程,對女性犯罪個體心理因素的概念從結(jié)構(gòu)和過程兩個方面進行了分析。特征方面,論文提出女性犯罪個體心理因素具有復雜性、性別相關(guān)性和情感相關(guān)性的特征,各因素相互作用并與性別生理差異和性別文化差異相關(guān)。地位作用方面,論文提出女性犯罪個體心理因素是女性個體犯罪的決定性因素,但它又不是孤立的,從產(chǎn)生發(fā)展到最終引發(fā)犯罪行為始終與客觀環(huán)境因素緊密相關(guān)。 第三部分是女性犯罪個體心理因素的剖析部分。剖析部分對女性犯罪個體心理因素的各個子因素進行了較為深入的剖析。論文結(jié)合具體案例數(shù)據(jù)具體分析了需要動機因素、氣質(zhì)性格因素、人生觀價值觀因素和態(tài)度因素。指出不良需要引發(fā)不良動機,不良動機在不良氣質(zhì)性格的作用下產(chǎn)生犯罪意圖,犯罪意圖在不良態(tài)度和不良人生觀價值觀的催化下最終引發(fā)個體犯罪行為。 第四部分是女性犯罪個體心理因素的預防部分。預防部分結(jié)合心理學知識,針對女性犯罪個體心理各因素發(fā)生發(fā)展作用機制,提出了女性犯罪個體心理因素的預防矯治措施,包括:普及心理衛(wèi)生知識,提高女性個體心理因素健康水平;加強思想教育,提高女性個體思想認識水平;對女性犯罪個體進行心理治療;對女性犯罪個體進行行為矯治。 第五部分是結(jié)語部分。結(jié)語部分對女性犯罪個體心理因素的研究方面進行了展望。指出,研究應立足于人的可塑性,著眼于預防。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the psychological factors of female criminals. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the preface. The preface describes the methods and purposes of the research. It is pointed out that it is necessary to combine criminological knowledge with psychological knowledge and carry out empirical and logical analysis for the purpose of prevention. The second part is an overview of the psychological factors of female offenders. This part analyzes the concept, characteristics and role of psychological factors of female individual offenders. In terms of concept, the paper puts forward that the psychological factor of female individual crime is a static system and a dynamic process, and analyzes the concept of the psychological factor of female individual crime from two aspects: structure and process. In terms of characteristics, the author points out that the psychological factors of female individual offenders are complex, gender and emotional correlation characteristics, the interaction of each factor and gender physiological differences and gender cultural differences. As to the role of status, the thesis points out that the psychological factors of female individual criminals are the decisive factors of female individual crimes, but they are not isolated, and the criminal behavior is closely related to the objective environmental factors from the emergence to the final initiation of criminal behavior. The third part is the analysis of female individual psychological factors. In the part of analysis, the author makes a deep analysis of the psychological factors of female individual criminals. This paper analyzes the factors of need motivation, temperament and character, outlook on life and attitude. It is pointed out that bad motivation should lead to bad motive, and bad motive will result in criminal intention under the action of bad temperament and character, and criminal intention will eventually lead to individual criminal behavior under the catalysis of bad attitude and bad outlook on life. The fourth part is the prevention part of female individual psychological factors. The prevention part combines psychological knowledge, aiming at the development mechanism of the psychological factors of female individual criminals, and puts forward the preventive and corrective measures, including popularizing the knowledge of mental health, and putting forward the prevention and treatment measures for the psychological factors of the female criminal individual, including: popularizing the mental health knowledge. To improve the health level of female individual psychological factors; to strengthen ideological education and improve the level of female individual ideological understanding; to conduct psychological treatment for female individual offender; to conduct behavior correction for female individual offender. The fifth part is the conclusion. The conclusion part looks forward to the study of psychological factors of female individual offenders. It is pointed out that the research should be based on man's plasticity and focus on prevention.
