【摘要】： 在教育促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步方面起到越來越重要作用的今天,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著建設(shè)祖國現(xiàn)代化未來的重任,是社會(huì)的棟梁,因此人才培養(yǎng)的素質(zhì)要求備受社會(huì)關(guān)注,然而近幾年來,發(fā)生在大學(xué)生群體中的違法犯罪現(xiàn)象十分突出,已成為不容回避的社會(huì)問題,因此,如何預(yù)防和遏制大學(xué)生的違法犯罪已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭共同關(guān)心的課題。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生違法犯罪主要具有犯罪增長的快速性、違法犯罪主體的多樣性、違法犯罪涉及罪名的集中性以及違法犯罪表現(xiàn)的特殊性等特點(diǎn);而大學(xué)生違法犯罪有著其深刻的社會(huì)根源,具體包括了大學(xué)生主體原因、社會(huì)原因、學(xué)校原因和家庭原因等四個(gè)方面。構(gòu)建大學(xué)生違法犯罪預(yù)防機(jī)制是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,首先必須以加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育作為基本方法,改革教育體制,改善教育方法,充實(shí)教育內(nèi)容,提高大學(xué)生政治思想素養(yǎng);在社會(huì)環(huán)境方面,必須發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),加強(qiáng)法制建設(shè),凈化社會(huì)環(huán)境;在學(xué)校層面上必須加強(qiáng)校園管理,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法制教育和大學(xué)生心理健康教育;在家庭方面,則要求我們發(fā)揚(yáng)家庭新風(fēng)尚,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)良家庭環(huán)境,改善家庭教育方法,加強(qiáng)家長道德教育。在此基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)方法與三個(gè)系統(tǒng)的有機(jī)結(jié)合,把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成理想崇高、信念堅(jiān)定、朝氣蓬勃、奮發(fā)有為的有中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)需要的高素質(zhì)人才。
[Abstract]:Today, when education is playing a more and more important role in promoting social progress, contemporary college students are shouldering the important task of building the future of modernization of the motherland and are the pillars of society. Therefore, the quality requirements of talent training have attracted much attention of the society. However, in recent years, The phenomenon of illegal crime in the group of college students is very prominent and has become an unavoidable social problem. Therefore, how to prevent and curb the crime of college students has become a common concern of society, schools and families. The contemporary college students' crime mainly has the characteristics of rapid growth of crime, diversity of the subject of illegal crime, centralization of crime and particularity of the manifestation of illegal crime. The crime of college students has its profound social roots, including the main causes of college students, social reasons, school reasons and family reasons. It is a systematic project to construct the prevention mechanism of college students' illegal crime. Firstly, we must take strengthening the ideological and political education of college students as the basic method, reform the educational system, improve the educational methods, enrich the contents of education, and improve the political and ideological literacy of college students. In the social environment, we must develop the socialist market economy, strengthen the construction of the legal system, and purify the social environment; at the school level, we must strengthen the management of the campus, strengthen the education of the legal system and the psychological health of the college students, and in the family, It requires us to carry forward the new family style, to create a good family environment, to improve the family education methods and to strengthen the parents' moral education. On this basis, we can realize the organic combination of one method and three systems, and cultivate the college students into high quality talents with lofty ideals, firm beliefs, vigorous vitality and great efforts in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
