人民警察學校偵查專業(yè)《刑事犯罪現(xiàn)場勘查》課程教學設計研究

【摘要】:人民警察學校教學改革面臨一個重要任務就是如何培養(yǎng)適應公安工作需要的應用型人才。實現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標在很大程度上依賴于課程的教學,因而在以就業(yè)為導向,以能力為本位的我國職業(yè)教育發(fā)展進程中,課程建設被放在了十分重要的位置。課程建設究竟怎樣進行,應遵循何種理論,采用何種方法進行建設,是包括人民警察學校在內的所有職業(yè)學校教師探索的一個緊迫課題。 本文從職業(yè)教育的角度,根據現(xiàn)代教學設計理論和教學設計模式,聯(lián)系警察學校偵查專業(yè)教學實際,選擇《刑事犯罪現(xiàn)場勘查》課程作為研究對象,在課程理念,課程目標,課程內容,課程教學策略和方法,課程資源建設,課程評價方法等方面,進行了較為全面的課程教學設計,并通過相應的實踐,檢驗課程教學設計的可行性。作者認為,以教為主的教學設計理論和模式對于發(fā)揮教師的主導作用,提高教師組織教學的能力有重要作用,以教為主并不是不考慮學生的認知特點;以學為主的教學設計理論和模式對發(fā)揮學生的主體作用,提高學生學習的積極性和學習效果有重要作用,以學為主并不是不需要教師的引導和幫助。以學生為主體,以教師為主導是職業(yè)教育的基本教學設計模式!坝幸饬x學習”理論,“先行組織者”教學策略,,動機理論是以教為主遵循的教學設計理論;學習情境創(chuàng)設,自主學習、研究性學習策略是以學為主遵循的教學設計理論。根據教學目標,分析學生的認知能力結構,選擇相應的教學策略和教學模式,是課程教學設計的基本原則。教學設計中,要充分考慮教學環(huán)境,教學資源對教學的影響,充分認識現(xiàn)代教育技術對于教學的作用。反思以往的教學評價對教學的負面影響,要重視對學生學習結果的評價。更要重視對學生學習過程的評價
[Abstract]:An important task in the teaching reform of the people's Police Academy is how to train applied talents to meet the needs of public security work. The realization of training goal depends on the teaching of curriculum to a great extent. Therefore, curriculum construction is placed in a very important position in the process of vocational education development in our country, which is employment-oriented and capability-oriented. How to carry out curriculum construction, what theory should be followed, and what method should be adopted is an urgent subject for teachers of all vocational schools, including the people's Police School. From the angle of vocational education, according to the modern teaching design theory and teaching design mode, this paper combines the teaching practice of investigation major in police school, chooses the course of "Crime scene investigation" as the research object, in the course idea, the curriculum goal, The course contents, teaching strategies and methods, the construction of curriculum resources, the methods of curriculum evaluation and so on, are carried out, and the feasibility of curriculum teaching design is tested through the corresponding practice. The author holds that teacher-oriented teaching design theory and model play an important role in giving full play to teachers' leading role and improving teachers' ability to organize teaching, and that teaching-oriented teaching is not without consideration of students' cognitive characteristics. The learning-oriented teaching design theory and model play an important role in giving full play to the main role of the students and improving the enthusiasm and learning effect of the students. It is not without the guidance and help of the teachers to focus on learning. Taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading factor is the basic teaching design mode of vocational education. The theory of "meaningful learning", the teaching strategy of "leading organizer", the theory of motivation is the instructional design theory which is mainly followed by teaching, the creation of learning situation, the independent learning and the research learning strategy are the instructional design theories which are mainly followed by learning. According to the teaching goal, it is the basic principle of the course teaching design to analyze the structure of students' cognitive ability and choose the corresponding teaching strategy and teaching mode. In teaching design, we should fully consider the influence of teaching environment, teaching resources on teaching, and fully understand the role of modern educational technology in teaching. To reflect on the negative effects of previous teaching evaluation on teaching, we should attach importance to the evaluation of students' learning results. More attention should be paid to the evaluation of students' learning process
