【摘要】：本文是對(duì)四川省最大外來(lái)人口聚居地成都金牛區(qū)進(jìn)行全方位調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,采用實(shí)證分析的方法,揭示出當(dāng)前外來(lái)人口現(xiàn)狀及管理所面臨的新挑戰(zhàn),進(jìn)而形成針對(duì)外來(lái)人口管理、服務(wù)在全省乃至全國(guó)都有一定借鑒意義的“金牛模式”。
[Abstract]:Based on the comprehensive investigation of Jinniu District, where the largest foreign population lives in Sichuan Province, this paper reveals the current situation of the foreign population and the new challenges to the management by using the method of empirical analysis. Thus, the Taurus model, which aims at the management of the foreign population and serves the whole province and even the whole country, is formed.
