【摘要】： 未成年人犯罪是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)都十分重視的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,與環(huán)境污染、吸毒販毒并稱(chēng)為世界三大公害。我國(guó)有3.67億未成年人,未成年人犯罪形勢(shì)不容樂(lè)觀。未成年人犯罪呈現(xiàn)出多元化、低齡化、團(tuán)伙化、暴力化等特點(diǎn)。盡管許多專(zhuān)家和學(xué)者已經(jīng)對(duì)該課題進(jìn)行了廣泛而深入的研究,但是根據(jù)未成年人犯罪新形勢(shì)的發(fā)展變化,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)研究未成年人犯罪的現(xiàn)狀、原因、特點(diǎn)及預(yù)防和控制,既能夠豐富未成年人犯罪研究的理論,同時(shí)對(duì)于預(yù)防、打擊未成年人犯罪的實(shí)踐更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a social problem that all countries in the world attach great importance to, and environmental pollution, drug abuse and drug trafficking are regarded as the three major public hazards in the world. China has 367 million minors, juvenile delinquency situation is not optimistic. Juvenile delinquency is characterized by diversification, younger age, gang and violence. Although many experts and scholars have carried out extensive and in-depth research on this subject, according to the development and changes of the new situation of juvenile delinquency, we should further strengthen the research on the status quo, causes, characteristics, prevention and control of juvenile delinquency. It not only enriches the theory of juvenile delinquency, but also has practical guidance for the practice of preventing and cracking down on juvenile delinquency.
