【摘要】：毒品是非常嚴(yán)重的世界性問題,它嚴(yán)重?fù)p害人們的身心健康,造成巨大的社會(huì)財(cái)富損失,并引發(fā)日益嚴(yán)重的治安問題和廣泛的社會(huì)問題。中亞地區(qū)緊鄰世界上最大的鴉片產(chǎn)地,毒品犯罪問題尤為嚴(yán)重,給中亞各國以及周邊鄰國的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展帶來了一系列不容忽視的消極影響。如何遏制中亞地區(qū)的毒品犯罪,不僅僅是中亞各國關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),也已成為我國和國際社會(huì)共同關(guān)心的熱點(diǎn)。 本文通過闡述中亞地區(qū)毒品犯罪的犯罪現(xiàn)狀與危害,對(duì)中亞各國的立法現(xiàn)狀和司法現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較分析,評(píng)述中亞地區(qū)在合作打擊國際毒品犯罪的過程中所存在的問題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上,從法律角度對(duì)完善該地區(qū)的禁毒合作機(jī)制提出建議,以期在司法實(shí)踐中對(duì)我國與中亞各國合作打擊國際毒品犯罪有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Drug is a very serious worldwide problem, which seriously damages people's physical and mental health, causes huge loss of social wealth, and causes increasingly serious public security problems and widespread social problems. The region of Central Asia is close to the largest opium producing area in the world, and the problem of drug crime is especially serious, which has brought a series of negative effects to the stability and development of Central Asian countries and neighboring countries. How to curb the drug crime in Central Asia is not only the focus of the Central Asian countries, but also the focus of our country and the international community. In this paper, the current situation and harm of drug crime in Central Asia are expounded, and the legislative and judicial status of the countries in Central Asia are compared and analyzed. Commenting on the problems and challenges in the process of cooperation in the fight against international drug crimes in the Central Asian region, on the basis of which, from the legal point of view, suggestions are put forward to improve the anti-drug cooperation mechanism in the region, In the hope of judicial practice, China and the Central Asian countries to cooperate in combating international drug crimes.
