【摘要】：鑒定結論作為鑒定人提供的“理性認識”證據,具有很強的專門性,所以聘請與鑒定人知識能力相當的專家介入鑒定結論的審查和評判,是正確采納鑒定結論的必由之路。專家參與訴訟在國外已積累了成功的經驗,我國對此也有立法肯定和實踐探索。
[Abstract]:As the evidence of "rational cognition" provided by the expert, the expert conclusion is very special, so it is the only way to adopt the appraisal conclusion correctly by employing experts with the same knowledge ability as the expert to intervene in the examination and evaluation of the appraisal conclusion. Experts' participation in litigation has accumulated successful experience in foreign countries.
