“尊龍名社”案之憂思——關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)“網(wǎng)羅”青少年違法犯罪現(xiàn)象

【摘要】：2009年年初,上海檢方在審查一起普通的尋釁滋事案過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)案犯均系"尊龍名社"的社團成員。順著這一線索,有關(guān)部門逐漸揭開了這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)社團的來龍去脈,并且深挖了這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)社團所發(fā)起并實施的違法犯罪行為。值得警惕的是,盡管這些犯罪本身并不嚴(yán)重,但在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中組建幫派,進行違法犯罪無疑是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代的犯罪新動向。尤其關(guān)注的是,與傳統(tǒng)幫派形成所不同,網(wǎng)絡(luò)幫派已經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的以熟人為基礎(chǔ)的幫派發(fā)展路線轉(zhuǎn)向了以陌生人為基礎(chǔ)的幫派發(fā)展路線�；诖�,上海市法學(xué)會未成年人法研究會于2009年12月29號專門召開了"‘尊龍名社'"案的反思——青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)幫派現(xiàn)象專題研討會"。本期主題研討就是根據(jù)參加此次會議的辦案人員及專家學(xué)者的發(fā)言整理而成。
[Abstract]:In early 2009, prosecutors in Shanghai in the course of examining an ordinary provocative case, found that the perpetrators of the "Dragon name Society" members of the association. Following this clue, the relevant departments gradually uncover the origin of this network society, and dig deeply into the illegal and criminal acts initiated and committed by the network society. It is worth noting that, although these crimes are not serious in themselves, the formation of gangs in the network and the commission of illegal crimes are undoubtedly a new trend of crime in the cyber age. In particular, unlike the formation of traditional gangs, Internet gangs have shifted from traditional acquaintances to stranger based gangs. Based on this, on December 29, 2009, the Society of Law Society of Shanghai held a special seminar on the phenomenon of juvenile internet gangs. This issue is based on the conference of the case-handlers and experts and scholars to organize the speech.
